Deja mucho que decir.
Pros:

El desayuno es aceptable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no cuentan con suficiente ventilación, por lo que el calor tiende a encerrarse y es necesario hacer uso del aire acondicionado la mayor parte del tiempo. El check in es muy tarde y solo hay una persona atendiendo, por lo que se llegan a hacer filas de espera considerables en lo que da la hora para hacer el check in. Además, no hay personal de recepción de maletas en la entrada.

la amabilidad, la comodidad de las instalaciones

Cons:

la ubicacion, para llegar a hotel es algo complicado para los foraneos, y que no tiene mucha diverisdad de articuoos en su tienda local, y no hay cerca para compras de noche.

Pros:

Me gustó muchísimo que realmente era pet friendly: tiene áreas verdes indicadas para que tu mascota haga del baño, botes de basura para sus heces cerca del área verde, bebedero y camita para la mascota en la habitación. En general la estancia fue muy agradable, la cama es cómoda, el baño huele bien, el hotel silencioso como para descansar a gusto.

Me gustaría que tuviera restaurante/room service o un baño un poco más amplio

Pros:

Me pareció muy bonito el hotel, cómodo, habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. El desayuno buffet está bueno.

Cons:

No checamos bien la ubicación y aunque esta en muy buena zona y esta cerca de una gran avenida. No nos dimos cuenta antes que está muy lejos del centro de Puebla.

Pros:

Es pet friendly y sus habitaciones son bastante cómodas y limpias. Incluye desayuno muy rico. Las camas deliciosas y todo el mobiliario nuevo. El personal es súper amable con las mascotas.
