Pros:

The front attendant was very attentive and gave me more information about the amenities that I did not know of.

Cons:

When we arrived to check in, there were only 15 minutes left of happy hour and a long line of people waiting.

Not the Hilton experience I am used to. As a member it was poor. I asked about points and was told no.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was quite friendly.

Cons:

The amenities are old and outdated. The couch was worn and food and trash under cushions. Black gunk on ceiling of shower, hallway walls peeling.

Always a pleasure.
Pros:

Third visit and the hotel staff make this such a wonderful experience. Free drinks at happy hour and staff that always go the extra mile. Hotel is slightly dated but the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Cumberland Mall and The Battery a very short distance away, so if that’s your part of town this hotel will hit the spot.

Great location, very clean and tidy rooms and attentive staff. Close to truist park, rooms are very large and well kept.

the breakfast and room were very nice

Cons:

the pool was a lot smaller than it appeared on the pictures. There were 2 bday parties going on at pool and it was insanely crowded. Parents not watching kids. Kids playing in hot tub. I know you can't control much but maybe a policy to not let kids under certain age in hot tub past 8pm. They were all there literally until close at 10. Kids had zero manners. really disappointed bc that was half the reason I came there.

The beds were amazing! They were so comfortable. The size of the rooms were also a plus..

Cons:

The pool area was overfilled with unattended children therefore we were not able to enjoy swimming or the hot tub. Also the breakfast area was also full of unattended children that were making messes and not cleaning it up
