The bed was comfortable and the mirror was nice in the bedroom.
There was a stain in the sheets, mirror had a chip in it, living room couch had white small stains in it and looked dirty and slept on when we walked in, ottoman wood had wood peeled back that can cause splinters on the butt when sitting on it, there was also a stain on the floor near the t.v, and food in the refrigerator when we arrived.
Everything
N/A
Ms Barbara at the front desk was amazing, we truly enjoyed her attitude and help. There was also a male manager there, I sadly don't remember his name, but he was amazing as well. Also, the bartender (she's a twin i belive)
She was incredibly nice and friendly.
House keeping, we had 2 issues where 1 male (housekeeping) tried to come into our room to give us towels and we were still in bed. We didn't know he was even out there until he literally opened our door. Lady that came around to refill snacks had a horrible attitude. She came to refill them, we didn't know, so when I went to the door to see who it was, I asked her to give me one second as I went to grab the tray for her to refill them, she then (on the phone mind you) proceeds to tell me to "hurry up! I'm busy!"....... OMG I was lost for words. This is also AFTER she tried coming into the room with her key card. They need to retrain them or something, especially about busting into people's rooms, just horrible.
It was nice
The beds
I liked nothing about this place first off they tried to make me pay over $400 & the manager was very rude and nasty to me & my fiancé we didn’t get to stay there because our reservation was cancelled because we wanted an explanation on why the room was over $400 & not the $222 as reserved for.
Everyone there was rude, nasty & unprofessional
Very nice
The area
People smoking drugs in front of the hotel it bad for business and it too scary.
I like breakfast
Loved the variety and made to order omelets!
The staff was very friendly. I was given the wrong key card and my door was tricky to open with the right key card. Besides that, it was a good stay.
The room size
The front desk staff Autumn, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made my stay stress-free and provided well-informed guidance regarding my early check-out and departure.
The room's common area furniture (sofas) could have been sturdier.
The location close to Braves Stadium for concert
Everything was alright
