Pros:

The breakfast was awesome, the staff was really nice and spoke everytime we saw a staff member.

Cons:

The sofa bed was gross and im not even sure the linens was clean because the linens was already on the bed when it was let out so needless to say my kids did not sleep on the sofa bed and the mattress on it was very old and needs to be replaced and also there needs to be a lot more towels left in the bathroom, but other than that there was no issues.

Horrible service. Nice breakfast and rooms are spacious but that's about it.
Pros:

The room was very nice and spacious. The night manager (Elijah) called our family of five at 2:45am waking us out of a dead sleep regarding a noise complaint and we couldn't get back to sleep for hours. Clearly had the wrong room. Was rude about it. I will never stay here again. When I complained in the morning the lady was nice and understanding at the front desk and said she would let the general manager know as they have security walking the halls at night so this shouldn't happen. Insane that you would call a room in the middle of the night (twice actually!) Would like some compensation as this is absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend this hotel due to this incident.

Third Conference Here
Pros:

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The banquet coordinator Drew goes out of his way to help with business events and make sure issues are resolved quickly. The conference room is not ideal, having columns in sight lines, but it’s made up for by the food, staff and comfortable suites for the stay.

So-so not worth it
Pros:

Extremely limited parking. Payment was done through a third party. Room smelled of a mixture of vomit and cheap cleaning solutions.

5 star experience- Highly recommend!
Pros:

This hotel was amazing. We planned for our family and friends to stay for our daughter’s wedding. We were there for five days. With over 30 rooms, a meal on Friday night plus having room rooms to do hair and make up and gather… They went above and beyond making sure everyone was accommodated.

The staff was outstanding. When we asked they delivered. They smiled they were kind. They made our guests feel welcome.

We had a small dinner event Friday night and they went above and beyond with the gorgeous room set up, delicious food and created an atmosphere for people to feel warm and welcome.

Veon head of Sales is outstanding. He will help you plan and execute with ease.
Drew head of banquets and his head chef Glenn were also outstanding!!

The food was incredible and the room set up beautiful. The staff in the entire food portion of the hotel which includes they made to order breakfast every day and our beautiful dinner were true professionals. They worked hard with a smile on their face and just wanted to serve us! I am blown away at the level of service and hospitality. Of course I have no pictures of the room and the food! 🤦🏻‍♀️ But I I added some other hotel pics
Our rooms were lovely and clean and they have awesome towels!

My husband I travel all over the world and I would 100% say this experience is in our top ones!

Cons:

The cleanest stuff left food in my refrigerator from another Residence but then they came back and gave me money back on parking so that’s why they get five stars
