Cons:

Cleanliness. Drinks left in fridge and hair in the bathroom sink. Asked for things for the room and never received. Broken elevators and we come to this location a lot and always elevator issues.

Cons:

The room smelled moldy , the room was not an accessible room , and the air conditioner worked when it wanted to. Staff forgot to put fresh towels in the room and I had to ask for them on more than one occasion . The wifi did not work

Pros:

Everything was perfect!!!! Rooms smelled good and were spacious. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly. Location was ideal.

Not as great as normal.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. In the past it has been great. The omelets were good. There was a variety of juices. The front desk clerk was pleasant.

Cons:

Croissants were not fresh. Items were not refilled. We had to wait for the spoons. When asked about the spoons we were told, we are out. The boys ahead of us in line were told, I am out of waffle mix, you will have to wait. 10 min's later, chef did not make more mix, the boys gave up. The trash was overflowing. One of the TV's was offline both mornings we were there.
The room had a backed up sink and a pill on the floor. One elevator was broken and one clunked both days. The overall hotel is showing its age and wear and tear.
