Everything we need for our wedding!
Pros:

Love the front staff. They made my stay for my niece wedding beautiful. They showed us a level of care and kindness.

Climate control system needs updating
Pros:

Our room was extremely cold when we arrived so asked for the engineer to come and fix it. He arrived and after some adjustments he said our thermostat was working properly and adjusted the temperature to 71 degrees.
We left for dinner and when we came back to the room the temperature was at 65 degrees. Whatever we changed on the thermostat never had any affect on the air conditioning.
So we went to bed in a freezing room and got very little sleep.
We would have had a nice stay if it weren’t for the climate control system.

It was fine just needs more improvement.
Pros:

The only thing I love is the staff at the front desk, the complimentary breakfast, the pool and the second room but, other than that idk.

Cons:

I had an horrible experience when I first checked in with the room and then the second room no one hasn’t cleaned my room when it was supposed to be cleaned. I need to figure out what it is needed to be done.
