Pros:

Great room for myself, my wife and daughter in a wheelchair. Staff accommodated our needs and were very pleasant. Would use them again.

It was OK not as nice as expected.

It was big, had a great view.

Reservation Changed Without Clear Explanation
Pros:

Travelers should pay close attention to “pay at the hotel” reservations booked through third-party sites.

We booked a Residence Inn stay through Hotels.com for an upcoming July 4th trip and originally reserved the room for 2 guests. Months later, the reservation suddenly reflected 4 guests and the total price increased significantly.

We still had the itinerary number, but the original confirmation email was gone, and neither the hotel nor the booking platform could clearly explain when or how the reservation details changed.

After getting nowhere trying to resolve the issue, we decided to cancel and book elsewhere.

Very frustrating experience and definitely something travelers should keep an eye on when booking through third-party travel sites.

Overall, the stay was good
Pros:

One of the toaster slot had a problem. Then had to wait for the waffle batter to be filled up. Not enough fruit available for cereal. Overall, the stay was good

Cons:

One of the staff members said that they have run out of something during breakfast. I prefer Marriott for its very good services, and running out of some breakfast item is something not normal.
