Pros:

Big room.

Cons:

Ran out of breakfast food around 8 am. Obviously kitchen wasn’t informed as to how full they were. A very confusing layout, had a hard time finding our room. Would have liked to be offered a luggage cart when we arrived.

Nice stay in Provo close to BYU
Pros:

Fabulous staff, comfy beds, nice breakfast, great location, beautiful walking/biking/jogging path that goes for miles along the river

Cons:

TINY parking spots (esp for Utah) and lack of parking, tub drains are odd so shower doesn't drain correctly, we had problems with our room but the amazing staff moved us to a new one

Pros:

I loved having a room that could accommodate my family of 5 and our small dog. It was a comfortable stay and a nice warm breakfast.

Pretty disappointed for a Marriott.
Pros:

The doors to the rooms were extremely difficult to open.
The morning breakfast, people were waiting for the staff to stock and supply the food. Paper plates were cheap and very thin, not impressed.

Cons:

Please flip the answer
What I liked was the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Great home base for work or to relax between adventures!
Pros:

Our suite was perfectly situated near the main lobby/breakfast room and entry into the building. Bonus was a handicap accessible bathroom for spouse. Our over 25-year-olds appreciated having their own spaces. All the staff we had contact with were professional, accommodating and friendly. Location was close to great restaurants and activities. There is also a city-run trail adjacent to the property that goes along the river.

Cons:

It was a holiday weekend and the breakfast room ran out of food/coffee several times. There were only a couple of hot choices (eggs and biscuits all three days). They did have souffles (egg, cheese, jalapenos) on Saturday that were delicious!
