Pros:

Second time here in Da Nang and second time in Oasis.. This is a family owned business, so the connection is different, I feel they really care and appreciate you to help their business, and the rooms are unmatched, quality is as good as you can get. Always support local businesses instead of big corporates. Also super kind from them to pick you up from the airport if you stay 2 or more nights. I have absolutely no doubt that this is the only place I'll stay when coming back to Da Nang. Thank you Oasis Hotel :)!

Fantastic value for money, great service, lovely rooms.
Pros:

This property is a gem. Great location, great service from friendly owners.
We had the roof top rooms and they were fantastic. Good views, nice and breezy and spotless clean with every amenity you could want.
Beautiful home cooked breakfast and fruit, yoghurt, bread rolls, cake,juices.
Absolute value for money
Would highly recommend this place.

I had such a lovely stay at Oasis Hotel & Apartment! The room was clean, cozy, and smelled so nice. The bed was super comfy and the balcony view was great for morning coffee. Staff were all friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. The location is perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices.
Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city! 🌿

Не сдавать никогда больше этот номер гостям. Это ужасно. Это отвратительно. Оно даже не стоит 100.000 донгов за сутки.

Все остальное. Находиться в номере после 09:00 невозможно из-за того, что он нагревается под солнцем. Под весь сломан. Холодильник не работает. Подниматься нужно по крутой лестнице. Крыша течет. На стенах - грязь и разводы. Такой номер нельзя сдавать. Так же были проблемы с выездом и в итоге я переплатил за размещение (на всех площадках этот номер стоит за 700.000 донгов, при выезде с меня потребовали сначала 2 млн, потом 1 млн). Номер просто отвратительный. И то, что хозяева «миленькие» и «добренькие» - не спасает ситуацию. Я приехал жить в номер, а не к хозяевам в гости. А ну и вишенка на торте - в соседнем здании находится детский сад (а во Вьетнаме - это +1000% к шумности; так же у соседей живет невообразимо громкий петух, который орет с 5 утра). Короче этот номер не стоит даже 100.000 донгов за сутки. НИ В КОЕМ СЛУЧАЕ не выбирайте этот отель - есть намного интереснее варианты, за такой же или более низкий прайс. ЭТО ОБМАН!

Everything was great except for the ants and sometimes they didnt have breakfast. But it was great still, i would definetly go back. And the owner is very nice. The food is fantastic too!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very well furnished. The bed comfy and the shower very relaxing with a city view

Cons:

Just 2 notes: not every suite has the balcony (ask for it) and the pick up service stops working after 00.00

Konumu hem deniz hem de nehir tarafına yakındı Her iki yöne de gidip gezmek ve hoşça vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi.
Otel sahibi her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendimi hiç yalnız hissetmedim. Ayrıca otel civarında pek çok market ve restoran olması ayrıca artısı...Kısaca gayet memnun kaldım ve tavsiye ederim.

This hotel was ran by the most friendly staff. They met our every need and provided assistance on everything to local dining AND helped take our luggage (we packed way too many bags) to our next local hotel. Food was fresh and cooked authentic, it was the best breakfast I have had while staying in Vietnam. My mother grew up in central Vietnam and the breakfast made reminded me of my mother’s cooking. I loved it immensely. If you are looking for a friendly staff and a cozy place to stay with only a 10 minute walk to the beach, I highly recommend staying here ❤️

Pros:

Value for the money. Break fast was really big.

Cons:

The 6th floor had difficult stairs and the elevator was only till 5th. Although the room was nice, clean and had no unobstructed clear city view and sea view
