Pros:

This hotel needs updating in every way. The service from the front desk “supervisor” to the bistro is sub par. Everyone looks so miserable!

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Great airport hotel! It’s only about a six-minute drive from the airport, and the morning shuttle was easy and convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a nice balcony. A comfortable and stress-free place to stay before a flight.

Cons:

The only downside was that the front desk didn’t answer the phone when I landed, so I couldn’t request the shuttle and had to take a taxi. The person at the front desk during check-in also could have been a little friendlier and communicated more clearly. Overall, it was still a comfortable and convenient airport stay.

Great place
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and great. Kids loved the pool. The shuttled around the clock was great running every 30 mins.

Kat was great!
Pros:

We were traveling through to go to Colorado and had the fortune to meet Kat at the Bistro at the hotel! She was great, wearing so many different hats and managing everything so well. Keep kicking butt Kat!
