Pros:

This hotel needs updating in every way. The service from the front desk “supervisor” to the bistro is sub par. Everyone looks so miserable!

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Great airport hotel! It’s only about a six-minute drive from the airport, and the morning shuttle was easy and convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a nice balcony. A comfortable and stress-free place to stay before a flight.

Cons:

The only downside was that the front desk didn’t answer the phone when I landed, so I couldn’t request the shuttle and had to take a taxi. The person at the front desk during check-in also could have been a little friendlier and communicated more clearly. Overall, it was still a comfortable and convenient airport stay.
