Cons:

We had a booking number as well as a reservation number. Got there. She told us our room wasn’t ready then heard someone else was having an issue so I asked about our reservation and then she said she could not find it because it was done through booking and they closed reservations down after we had made it so it didn’t save it supposedly and then we got charged for the room as well.

Location was convenient to airport - that’s how I selected it.

Cons:

The person at the Bistro needed assistance.
More shuttles to airport. I came down early - only having to wait for my original time.

Cons:

No elevator, broken curtain, both tub broken, overall rundown establishment. Shower soaps, conditioners too high. My wife could not reach them.
24-7 Bristro not open.

Pros:

It was clean and convenient to airport

Cons:

Not well maintained or staffed. On our stay the elevator broke, our toilet didn’t flush, our shower took forever to get hot and an employee didn’t show for the bistro and they had to call someone in.

Stay away
Pros:

Waited more than 1/2 hour for the shuttle in the freezing cold. Ended up taking a taxi for $40. The “restaurant” ran out of many menu items and bartender is a total crab. Don’t come here. It’s scummy
