Aceptable.
Pros:

La relacion calidad precio no es mala, el apartamento es decente,sin lujos, la piscina esta bastante bien al igual que la ubicación.

Cons:

El apartamento sin llegar a estar mal si pide una pequeña reforma o modernización, el aire acondicionado necesita una revisión ya que enfría muy poco.

El apartamento no estaba mal, la cama era cómoda y todo estaba bastante limpio

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, lo encendías y parecía que si pero al rato empezaba a caer agua y obviamente tienes que limpiarlo tú. La señora dijo que era viejo y que tenía que venir un hombre a soplarle a los tubos pero ese hombre nunca vino y pasamos un calor terrorífico todo el finde.

Estancia agradable
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, a menos de cinco minutos de la playa de Finestrat, y con todo tipo de comodidades a mano, incluyendo un Mercadona. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. La piscina es bastante agradable también. La responsable, Marisa, estuvo bastante atenta.

Cons:

Las instalaciones tal vez vayan pidiendo una pequeña actualización.

Pros:

The only good thing was the air con in the living room, Lift worked well.

Cons:

Kettle had to be replaced at it was not working . Hob never worked, Bathroom door would not close properly as it was water damaged. Everything needs upgrading in there. Pool was dirty with green mould around the side where tiles were missing.
Lots of leaves on the floor around the pool as vegetation was overgrown

De ligging

Cons:

Het appartement is oud en versleten.De tuin en zwembad was vuil.Overal stonden pinten met nog drank in.Dan was het s avonds in de cafetaria tot 3a 4 uur lawaai.De laatste nacht zaten 4 jongens tot 7 u s morgens lawaai te maken.Je hebt er geen nachtrust.
