Das Hotel ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Lage ist optimal – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Was wirklich heraussticht, sind die Mitarbeiter: Alle sind sehr bemüht, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird bei allen Anliegen unterstützt und fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Bacalar!
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in Bacalar. Man kann Touren über das Hotel buchen (vor allem die Sunrise SUP Tour kann ich empfehlen!). Das Frühstück ist gut und man hat diverse Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Generell hat die Unterkunft alles was man braucht: Föhn, Poolhandtücher, Liegemöglichkeiten, wunderschönen Innenhof, Katzen und Hunde. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Personal ist bemüht und stets freundlich. Wir haben es bereut, dass wir nur eine Nacht hier waren. Lieber länger in Baclar bleiben!

A perfect place to stay in Bacalar
Pros:

A great boutique style hotel with comfortable rooms, a beautiful garden with pool and quirky decor. Easy walking distance of the lake and the centre. The staff here are the real treat, universally charming and helpful, giving great recommendations and helping us out with the Tren Maya booking.

Nice hotel central to town with friendly service, cute cats and great breakfast
Pros:

Location was great and the staff was very friendly. I adored the 2 cats that were at the hotel who were very sweet. The breakfast was very good albeit it not overly fast which was fine with me, just know that in case you have to leave to catch a tour or transport.

Cons:

Shampoo and conditioner were eco friendly which is great for the environment, unfortunately my hair doesn't love it. If you are similar pack your own shampoo with you. Wish that there was more space for toiletries near the sink and space to store clothes (had to leave in my bag for the whole time I was there)

Ce qui fait tout dans cet hôtel c est le personnel 🥰

Belle décoration soigné
Bon emplacement.

Cons:

Nous avons attendu 1h pour avoir notre chambre, on nous a offert une boisson mais dans la chaleur de l accueil c était très long.
Lit double très petit.
Porte coulissante de la salle de bain pas pratique et très bruyante.
Odeur d égout assez forte au niveau de la piscine.
