Buena estancia, tranquila y cómoda en Vasa Chukum.
Pros:

Silencio, patio interior, Front desk amable y útil en dar info para tours traslados y restaurantes. Habitación cómoda con aire acondicionado.

Cons:

La piscina recibe sombra todo el día. Tal vez si cortaran un poco de follaje de los árboles podría mejorar… y tal vez una bomba o algo que oxigene y limpie un poco más la piscina. Usamos la alberca de Casa México finalmente.

Beautiful hotel in bacalar with a great location.
Pros:

Super well located hotel with a lovely pool and comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was a bit dingy (no window in the bathroom) and the aircon needed replacing as it was old and too noisy to sleep with.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We waren veel te vroeg ter plaatse maar we mochten al wel onze koffers bij hun achterlaten, zodat wij niet onze koffers in de auto hoefden te laten tijden een boottour

Het water in het zwembad was niet echt helder maar het was niet smerig.

Hôtel très bien situé et personnel très serviable

L’extrême amabilité du personnel, Éric à la réception et une autre jeune fille très serviable
La literie confortable
L’ambiance chill sans stress.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant, les photos sont flatteuses, je n’ai pas aimé le lavabo hors de la salle de bain mais c’est certainement sur les photos et je ne l’ai pas vu
Pas beaucoup de serviettes de toilette dans la chambre, pas de sèche cheveux il faut le demander à la réception
Piscine mal située sous les arbres donc à l’ombre et toujours pleines de feuilles.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor dem Checkin erhält man bereits vom Hotel Informationen zu Restaurants, Aktivitäten, etc.
Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist top. Die Dachterasse ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte bei uns nicht wirklich. Es wurde nie unter 28 Grad im Zimmer. Der Balkon ist winzig. Da passt nichts drauf. Verstehe nicht genau, wieso das Zimmer explizit mit Balkon beworben wird. Der Pool war überhaupt nicht einladend. Er war über unseren ganzen Aufenthalt schmutzig. Wichtig für Allergiker: Es laufen teilweise Hunde und Katzen frei im Hotel herum!

Alles :-) super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr gut. Hotelanlage sehr schön eingerichtet.
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Segeltour würde ich jedem empfehlen, haben wir direkt im Hotel gebucht. Lage optimal, Lagune gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Ideal um Bacalar zu erkunden!
Pros:

Eine fantastische zentrale Lage, alles was man in Bacalar sehen, erleben darf ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuss prima zu erreichen. Das Personal ist enorm unkompliziert, hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer eine Idee bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
