Excelente estancia, personal muy amable, todo céntrico.
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bonito, excelente decoración, el personal super atento y amable, todo el tiempo estan disponibles para ayudar, resolver dudas, etc. Las habitaciones tienen aislante de ruido por lo que se puede descansar muy bien. Te recomiendan lugares y está muy cerca de la laguna. Todo puede hacerse caminando.

Cons:

El internet no es muy bueno, pueden mejorar las almohadas, cambiando las decorativas, el cancel de la regadera no está bien acomodado, se moja la parte del sanitario al bañarse.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff in amazing and special Bacalar !!!
Pros:

We loved every minute of our stay. The hotel is super clean and perfectly located close to everything.
Communication was excellent, and the owner was incredibly helpful—she even gave us a ride! On top of that, she arranged a fantastic catamaran trip with a captain for us, which was a highlight of our vacation.
We highly recommend this wonderful hotel !!

Petit hôtel familial dans un cadre idyllique.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait. A 2 pas de la lagune. Le personnel est agréable et arrangeant, la patronne nous a même ramené à la station ADO.
Le service d’excursion était top.
Et le petit cadeau de fin qui fait plaisir.
