Posizione e pulizia delle camere ottime.

Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto 2 espressi, erano imbevibili perché in realtà erano acqua (quasi trasparenti, più chiari del caffè americano) e ce li hanno comunque fatti pagare 35 pesos a caffè.

Bien placé et au calme. Terrasse sur le rooftop, petite terrasse devant la chambre, lit confortable, organisation de la sortie sur le bateau "Frida" était vraiment super

Cons:

Parfois on devait faire la queue pour le petit déjeuner- mais ç'allait assez vite, personnel est efficace. Chambre assez petite et il manque un peu de place de rangement, mais ça reste confortable

I would highly recommend this hotel due to its tranquility and comfort
Pros:

The bed was gigantic and so comfy, excellent shower, but a bit on the cold side, super helpful, polite friendly staff. Walking distance to the main square, all of the food and drinking venues in perfect proximity

המיקום היה לנו מעולה, שקט אבל קרוב בהליכה לכל מקום והארכנו את השהייה כי בקאלר מדהימה והמקום ממש אחלה! יש רופטופ חמוד לרביצה וחתולים חמודים בכניסה. בריכה נראית כיפית (לא נכנסנו)

Notre séjour s’est parfaitement bien déroulé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’amabilité du personnel : extrêmement accueillant, donnant des excellents conseils et étant toujours disponibles pour toute question, avant, pendant et même après votre séjour. Ils accordent beaucoup d’importance à leurs clients et nous recommandons à quiconque de passage à Bacalar de séjourner ici.

Pas de places de parking privées (mais places disponibles dans la rue devant l’hôtel).
Quelques taches sur les draps.

Comfortable stay in the best possible location in Bacalar, with knowledgable and helpful staff
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, free coffee in the lobby, wonderful rooftop and courtyard, 2 cats to play with, very comfortable beds, location is as good as it gets in Bacalar—5-10mins walk from almost every destination of interest, but off the beaten path enough to be quiet.

Cons:

Sink drain pipe leaked my first night, after arriving late—but staff got it fixed very quickly the next morning.

Great location with beautiful garden!
Pros:

This hotel has great location, parking is on the street. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Pablo gave us really good suggestions where to eat and what local food to try! There was really beautiful garden and whole area is very artistic as Italian owner Marco decorated it. His wife takes really good care of whole property.

Cons:

We had room in the ground floor with little terrace in the middle of beautiful garden with pool. Everything was great, just the room was dark and pretty humid, it had also pretty humid smell. Obviously we should use air conditioning which we hadn’t because temperature was great and didn’t want A/C to blows whole night.
