La proximité à la gare et Euralille

Cons:

Ce n’est pas la 1 ère fois que je constate des manquements au niveau de la propreté. Le ménage est trop succinct, chasse des wc pas tirés, tasses à café sales, réservoir cafetière non vidé. Bref! 120 eur la nuit 🤨

Posizione perfetta. Pulizia accettabile. Servizi promessi presenti. Una lampadina della plafoniera a bordo letto era fulminata e non funzionante.

Cons:

Ho chiamato, dopo il check out, riferendo di aver dimenticato in stanza un paio di scarpe, di gran valore economico. Precisato che ove rinvenute sarei passato a prenderle. Inizialmente lo staff non ha neanche inteso verificare se fossero state trovate, su insistenza mi hanno poi detto che evrebbero verificato e di richiamare. Poi non rispondevano più al telefono. Solo dopo numerose chiamate lo staff si è degnato di rispondere, confermando che non è stato rinvenuto nulla. Sono comunque andato di persona a verificare ma ho trovato un "muro di gomma". Rimane il fatto che le scarpe erano all'interno della stanza, ho consegnato le chiavi al check out e sono uscito dall'hotel. Poche ore dopo le scarpe erano scomparse...qualcuno evidentemente le ha portate via...

Goed hotel voor een citytrip
Pros:

Schoon, netjes en goede locatie tov het centrum van Lille. Prima hotel voor een city trip. Parking is goedkoper dan bij een reguliere parkeerplaats/-garage, wel van te voren reserveren. Goed te bereiken met duidelijke instructies en erg smal, maar helemaal top!
