Central location, Check in was easy.
Bed was comfy

Cons:

Needs some maintenance to bring it up to scratch.
Had the loudest fridge Ive ever heard in the room and the back lit temperature icon on the aircon unit could light up a football field.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Location is very convenient, very close to the Queen Victoria Building and good eating places. The atmosphere is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfy and the staff is absolutely lovely, dedicated to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great motel, value for money.
Pros:

The Regis is centrally located, so great for shows and events, and easy to travel to with the metro across the street. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are always clean, all amenities work, and the hotel is good value for money. The rooms may not be the largest but they are certainly not cramped. Even with the busy cityoutside we still slept well and bed was comfortable. Great spot for an overnight stay or holiday.

Good value, great location.
Pros:

Good no-nonsense hotel, friendly staff. The building is a bit old and windows don't block the noise from the street well - maybe gets better on higher floors. the beds are very comfortable.

Great location and a surprisingly large family room.
Pros:

The location was fantastic for getting around central Sydney. A train station was directly across from the hotel and we could walk to many of the sites we were interested in seeing. Our family room was very spacious and accommodated our two teen daughters nicely. The pool was a nice bonus and the views from the roof were really wonderful!

Cons:

The parking was challenging, although convenient. The garage was very tight and difficult to maneuver in, but was tidy and secure.
