Nice hotel in the CBD area
Pros:

It’s a nice place to stay very near Town Hall. But the wifi in my Room 1503 goes on and off. Very unstable, not so reliable. I wish they cannserve breakfast at the rooftop, but there’s plenty of restaurants in the area and a grocery store nearby. Very convenient.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Had to extend the stay due to a hospital visit and staff were able to accommodate my wife at short notice

Great Hotel Great Location
Pros:

Excellent for Location, rooms and bedding, cleanliness, service and car parking, cannot fault this hotel. They were able to organise a room at the last moment and offer car parking which was very important to me. The location is great for city shopping, public transport and walking distance to Sydney's highlights

Location and convenience are here
Pros:

Stayed here many times in recent years. The best thing about it is the location. Excellent public transport options within moments. This makes getting round the city very simple.
Rooms are OK but they suffer from a certain tiredness as successive efforts to 'revive' them get painted over. If you're here for a day or two it's fine. Room charges can vary widely, sometimes there are very good value charges from rooms so well located in the CBD.
