Pretty property
They scammed my card and my bank will not refund the money they took.When I tried to talk to them about they texted me a number to holiday inns from desk these scammers have it figured out
We traveled here for a gameday, and the facilities were very comfortable for our stay.
When we arrived at our appropriate check-in time, we were told that the hotel was inundated with too much traffic and we would not be able to get into our room for a few hours. This complicated our need to get dressed and ready for a football game.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good. The property is reaching a point were it could use a refresh.
The only negative is that they don't have free wi-fi in the rooms anymore. Otherwise, its always a great stay any time we're in Greenville. Good restaurant and shuttle service are an important and appreciated bonus.

This Marriott is so nice. Very clean and a sophisticated look to it. Every staff member is pleasant and goes the extra step if you need anything. We’ve stayed there several times.

Was locked out of my room because of a dead battery on the lock. Maintenance did a great job and was very polite. However preventative maintenance should be done.

The man who checked us in was wonderful. He gave us special information regarding dining choices and made the trip special.
We stayed there one night, the next door guests were slamming the door, yelling at partying almost till 1AM. I'm like what's going on at at 4 star hotel. I'm never going to stay in this marriott ever again. Such a bad experience, I did inform the front desk while checking out, how bad it was.

This was our second stay at the Greenville Marriott this month! Tamika from the front desk has been wonderful throughout the booking process, and giving us the rooms that we requested!
We received excellent service from Jennifer while enjoying cocktails and dining at the Artisan restaurant at the hotel! Jennifer makes fantastic drinks, and serves them up with a smile!
We look forward to coming back to this wonderful establishment!
