Pros:

영화성이나 서하왕릉, 그리고 기차역과 가까워서 좋았고, 직원들이 다른 홀리데이에 비해서 친절했습니다

Good value international hotel in central Yinchuan
Pros:

Comfortable hotel with a good, Chinese orientated breakfast. Excellent value. Great views of the Helan mountains!

Cons:

No fridge or mini bar in the room.
My room had a slight smell of stale tobacco. Other rooms were cleaner. My bad for not asking them to change the room I guess.

Love to come back to this excellent property at beautiful location

Good ... but don't expect the expected
Pros:

The shower was great, with very good water pressure.
Beds were very comfortable.
Good supermarket right next door.
Free washing machine service and other nice finishing touches.

Cons:

The room was very spacious, but there was a total lack of drawers or cabinets to put your clothing and other things in. During our four-night stay, we had to keep our belongings in our suitcases. There was a small open space with four clothing hangers, but that was it. This was very strange because there was more than enough room. The hotel's slogan is 'Expect the Unexpected,' but in this case, it was more like 'Don't expect the expected'.

The location has its pros and cons. It's near a major traffic artery, so you can get to remote places relatively quickly (and Yinchuan is a very spread-out place). But there are no restaurants in the area, and in hindsight, we might have been better off with a hotel in the city centre.

Breakfast was so-so ... there's a lot of choice but the quality of anything is rather average (and the sweetened yogurt just plain awful). Some of the staff, especially the guy making noodles, looked like they'd rather stayed in bed ...

An excellent Holiday Inn Express
Pros:

The breakfast was good and they brought it to me via room service which I very much appreciated even it is their new policy. The location of the hotel was conveniently close to attractions and amenities.

Cons:

Having only stayed there for one night I can't possibly comment on something I didn't like there. It was a pleasant hotel stay and I would stay there again.
