Superfint hotell, kanonläge , nära till bad och nöjen.
Pros:

Mycket varierande och god frukost. Utsökt läge på hotellet . Gästvänlig personal.
Toppenutsikt från poolen på taket.

Cons:

Pokój był czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Jedzenie w miarę urozmaicone, z wieczorami tematycznymi. Baseny miały dużo leżaków, zawsze jakieś były dostępne. Plusem było także jacuzzi na balkonie.

Cons:

Strefa SPA/Wellness to nieporozumienie. Sauna fińska ledwo ciepła, w łaźni parowej światła migały jak stroboskop. 2/3 prysznice nie działały, a na płytkach przy basenie widać było pleśń. Miejsce zaniedbane, na pewno nie serwisowane.

Θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ζεστό το νερό στο τζακούζι στο δωμάτιο μας ! Ήταν πολύ κρύο για να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε

Tot en general, net, centri i personal molt amable, en particular el bar de la Terrassa de la 9a planta.

La ubicación.

Cons:

La ducha empezó a manar lo que el water tenía dentro, en sus cañerías: mierda. El baño se inundó. Avisé a recepción tras abrir la habitación y salir con urgencia al aeropuerto. A nuestro regreso me comunicaron el cambio de habitación. Al llegar comprobé que habían registrado y vaciado la habitación, trasladando sin mi permiso todas mis pertenencias: ropa interior, ropa sucia, efectos personales de higiene y otros efectos íntimos... Increíble! Sin respeto de ningún tipo a mi intimidad.
Por la noche ruidos en cañerías y olor fétido en la terraza y la zona de la piscina. El gimnasio bastante abandonado.
El personal quejándose de falta de compañeros y exceso de trabajo..
En recepción un empleado con dos chicas italianas de prácticas para los dos hoteles.. Vergonzoso!
Un trabajador diciendo que iban a renovarlo entero el próximo año. Un negocio estupendo!!

Desde luego no volveremos...

PD: Por cierto, al hacer el check out, entonces nos ofrecen un todo incluído durante unas horas.
Demasiado tarde.
