Great location. Excellent service. Good breakfast.
Pros:

Great location. We arrived by train from Montreal and then took the subway; the subway station is very close to the hotel, making it very easy to get there. We arrived before check-in time but were able to leave our bags at the hotel without any hassle. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a nice pool. The breakfast was delicious. It is very close to the city's main attractions; we walked to all the tourist spots.

Cons:

We liked everything. There was nothing that bothered us. A great choice.

A great base to explore Ottawa
Pros:

Location. Very close to the shopping mall, canal and the parliament. In the middle of it all yet the hotel / room was very quiet.

Cons:

THe underground parking space was rather tight, and pricy. Considering the location one cannot complain though.

Bis auf die grauenhafte Tiefgarage zu empfehlen.
Cons:

Das Hotel ist schlecht ausgeschildert. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist aus Richtung Osten Waller St. nicht zu erkennen, es steht nur das Nachbarhotel Les Suites dran. Dadurch sind wir in der Tiefgarage des Einkaufzentrums gelandet, was uns fast eine Stunde gekostet hat, das Hotel zu finden.

It was what we needed for the night and the parking was well priced but the garage was very tight and hard to find parki

Cons:

The rooms were a pit tight, small and it was hard to find the room. The pool area was crazy busy and really loud and my boys were afraid to go in with all the young adults in and being loud.
