Look otherwise. Not recommended
Pros:

The staff is nice.

Cons:

For the money I paid per night, I expect the room to be clean and safe. As soon as I walked in to the room, there was dirt on the floor. The biggest red flag was that there was a door in the room that can take you to the room next door and it was UNLOCKED! Didn’t feel safe as a solo traveler. The staff was able to switch me to a different room quickly (without sharing door). But the room has a weird carpet smell. The fridge and AC were noisy. The toiletries are poor motel quality. Overall really outdated and doesn’t worth the money. Really disappointed. Definitely NOT 3star hotel quality.

Good for a ballpark visit
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for the Lake County Captains ballpark.

Cons:

No free breakfast, large stain on carpet, staff were not very friendly, was expensive for the value received

Pros:

Room was small but not too bad

Cons:

The bed wss very hard and the pillows were almost flat and lumpy. Very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep

Booking.com and the Sheraton refused to refund my 2nd day and let me alter my reservation.
Pros:

The manager wouldn’t complete my request to cancel my 2nd day of the stay, even though I requested the change at 7pm the first night. I spent an hour on the phone with booking.com and they deferred to the manager. The next day my request was unfulfilled also. Will never use booking.com or stay at any Sheraton property again u til it is resolved.

Cons:

Anyone who knew how to manage a booking would’ve been nice
