Pros:

El hotel está bastante bien, cama comoda, parking gratuito y un personal muy amable. El Spa del hotel está basado en aguas que emanan del subsuelo a altas temperaturas ( y fuerte olor) que se usaban desde la antigüedad

Cons:

Lo malo del Spa del hotel es que las dos piscinas de agua caliente son interiores y no se puede permanecer mucho tiempo en su interior por salud.. Únicamente hay un pequeño jacuzzi al aire libre y unas cuantas hamacas claramente insuficiente para la capacidad del hotel.
En cuanto a la cena, nos encontramos con pocos platos principales y todos hechos con antelación y puestos en el bufet fríos.. Además, las bandejas que se vaciaban no se reponian a menos que insistieras mucho al personal.
En cuanto a la situación, esta ubicado en el centro de un pueblo en el que no hay nada que ver y ni que hacer allí. Coño mucho, para una parada de regreso a Sofía puede valer pero para nada más.
En resumen, buen hotel pero a un precio muy, muy desorbitado para lo que ofrece. Nos arrepentimos de haberlo reservado.

The staff is amazing! Very nice and helpful. Helped us with taxis and transportation to seven lakes and Sofia.
