las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas, el personal muy atento

Cons:

la piscina es muy sucia y el area de piscina se siente un poco abandonada, además la maquina de hielo no servía y considero que por el clima del lugar es indispensable contar con hielo en todo momento.

No envían la factura. No hay donde comunicarse

No envían la factura ni la dan cuando se sale del hotel porque dicen que la van a enviar por correo pero no lo hacen. La he pedido ya muchas veces por booking y no la recibo.
