No sirve la línea telefónica. Estaba dañada la secadora. Las sombrillas alrededor de la alberca están rotas. No había toallas en mi habitación.
El personal fue sumamente amable y muy servicial. Trataron de solventar esas deficiencias.

Debe mejorar el control con los huéspedes tuvimos inconvenientes y molestias auditivas ya que en la vecindad tenían Fiesta con mucho volumen en horario muy tarde y No dejaron descansar oportunamente.

The check in was easy, the room was ready and the cooling system was great, amenities were provided. The pool was not clean, the breakfast area was not often attended so it got messy at peak time. Average hotel, with average service in relation to the price. Very close to the airport, and the area around was very active but quiet and pleasant
