Room would've been comfortable if not for the cigarette stink.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, bed was comfortable enough

Cons:

The room stank of cigarette smoke, even with airing it out with the window open.

Very satisfactory except for the room servicing.
Pros:

Access ability to Melbourne.

Cons:

The housekeeping with regards to the room. Bins not emptied. Cups and glasses not washed. Late servicing on one occasion. Floor not hoovered.

One might stay for the theatre, easy in and out, good facilities will stay again.
Pros:

Easy online check-in and checkout, centrally located in Melbourne, and best of all, each bed had two pillows, one fat and one thin, hate fat pillows so this was a gamechanger! Great nights sleep 😊
