Highly recommend
Pros:

My go to hotel when in Melbourne.
It’s central, clean, staff are excellent
Will keep coming back

Cons:

Having to pay extra for early check in at 1pm when the room was obviously available.
Especially after travelling for previous 24hours plus
Might consider airport hotel next time for overseas flights in.

perfect location
Pros:

the bar was friendly and food was good
great location in the city of Melbourne

Cons:

the bathroom was very small, the shower door i was concerned i would be stuck in the shower as it was difficult to open and closed
i did not like the computer to check in i would rather talk to a person rather than tick boxes - the younger generation might like a computer to check in.
we did not request a quite room that i recall on booking

Always a great place to sray
Pros:

Centre of the city so love it. Old classic hotel with a bar and restaurant down stairs. It's a historic hotel but still has what I. Wed for a great stay.
