Excellent stay in a great location in the middle of the city. It was very comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

Friendly staff and good food. Excellent location and very good value for money. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Fitness centre had a good gym, small pool and sauna. Room was clean and check in and check out process was very efficient.

Cons:

Safety deposit box did not work. Otherwise there was not much not to like for the price we paid.

Our wing smelt awful, never spoke to a single staff person, received multiple reminders to check out on line including a 7:00am wake up text reminder to check out when our check out time was 11:00am. Pool is tiny

Pros:

Location is central
The bar is pretty good. Restaurant wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, really dusty, sheets and blankets were stained and found really gross things in the room (see photos). Checked out early.

Cons:

I missed white bread with som cheese and ham. We stayed 5 nights and it was toast and jam everyday.

Dated reception lifts corridors and room in very poor condition. I cancelled as soon as I saw the room. Paid for 1 night as per cancellation policy and moved to another jotel which was perfect, I won't mention the name.

Cons:

Extremely disappointed to travel here for my husbands 50th birthday. Spoke to staff to tell them it was for his 50th paid for a queen heritage room that was tiny only a double bed and couldn’t even offer a bottle of Champaign to celebrate his birthday. Staff were rude on arrival and the room was not ready until after 3:15.
