Sowas einen Anzubieten ist echt letzte Schublade.
Die Dusche war voller Schimmel,eckelig. Und Gesundheits Schädlig.
Eine Ausrede das Putz Personal. Das Hotel muss dafür sorge Tragen, das es sauber ist und das das Putz Personal es Ordendlich macht. FOTOS WERDEN NACH GEREICHT.

Pros:

Der Eingang ist Hallenartig groß, durch die Holzelemente irgendwie schön. Das Zimmer im EG mit Blick auf Grün das Zimmer sauber und Ordentlich, Frühstück genug da, alles bestens, komme sehr gerne wieder.

Das Hotel hat einen Flair der 70/ 80er Jahre und entspricht nicht den aktuellen Standards.
Pros:

Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten (gegen Gebühr) am Hotel vorhanden

Cons:

Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sehr kühl und ungemütlich. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren extrem durchgelegen. In einem Bett hat man in einer richtigen Mulde gelegen.
Das Frühstück war qualitativ nicht gut. Die Servierplatten für Käse und Wurst sind extrem in die Jahre gekommen und gehören dringend ausgetauscht. Der Kaffee war ungenießbar.
Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber insgesamt scheint zu wenig Personal zur Verfügung zu stehen.
Der Frühstücksbereich ist viel zu großräumig. Man kam sich richtig verloren vor.
Das Laufband für die Tabletts mit dem dreckigen Geschirr ist extrem antiquiert und höchstens für Kinder ein Highlight.
Die Beleuchtung am Parkplatz ist viel zu spärlich. Ohne Handy Taschenlampe konnte man den Weg nicht sicher begehen.

Gern wieder
Pros:

Auf jeden Fall das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.
Auch mein im Zimmer vergessenes Geschenk der Weihnachtsfeier ist nicht verschwunden.

Wenn man ein renoviertes Zimmer erhält, gern mal wieder.

Cons:

Obwohl ich nicht sehr anfällig bin, die Matratze des Bettes verursachte bei mir Rückenschmerzen. War auf jeden Fall kein gutes Modell. Zumindest eine Steckdose im normal erreichbaren Bereich wäre gut. Und die Warmwasserregulierung in der Dusche sollte erneuert werden. Ein Millimeter zwischen heiß oder Eiskalt, war nicht schön.
Es war Zimmer 230.

Das Personal war sehr nett und Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Das Bad, besonders die Dusche und die Handtuchheizkörper haben schon lange keinen Putzlappen gesehen und die Toilette war auch nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Die Lüftung im Bad hat gar nicht funktioniert. Viel zu dünne Bettdecken, habe sehr gefroren. Habe dann Badetuch und meinen Mantel mit über die Bettdecke gelegt, da es keine weiter Decke im Zimmer gab.

Schön für ein Wochenende im Harz
Pros:

War für ein toller Ausgangsort für unsere Foto- und Wandertour an diesem Wochenende. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte reichhaltiger sein, war aber in Ordnung! Bequeme Betten, große Zimmer, haben uns wohl gefühlt. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind gut zu erreichen.
