One particular Bell Boy ruined my experience at this Hotel.

Overall good. However bathroom dated and was unable to get a non smoking room even tho I asked for it. I was not asked at reception if I preferred a non smoking room.

A short stay. The Hotel looks slightly aged now but the room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff always friendly & polite too.
As I was fasting for Lent and not able to eat before midday they went out of their way to send a late breakfast to my room after midday.
Location close to metro station too.
I got a really good deal going through Hotels.com too this time.
Honestly the room was like a much less attractive, dated, older version of what is shown on the listing - we were disappointed to stay in a room that felt like it hadn’t been updated in about 20 years. The sauna/steam rooms the same.
That being said the staff were friendly and attentive.
Average hotel. Great view though if you book Museum view.
My only complaint was about room service. Clearly stated that 50% off but they charged me full amount. They said sorry and told me on next order get 50% off, Lol! At checkout no action was taken. Not happy
