The price, people are going to stop coming to Victoria because the hotel and restaurant prices are so high, Impossible to find a good hotel downtown less than $500 a night after fees and taxes.

Lovely day lovely people but the parking issue really pissed me off

Cons:

This is kind of a pricey hotel and I don’t appreciate being charged extra for parking. Any of the other 4 to 5 star hotels that I book anywhere around the world parking is included and that should be included here as well.

Nice but the value wasn't there. I would look to stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Location walking distance to all downtown amenities. The dinner at Fathom was absolutely delicious! Room was spacious.

Cons:

The decor is tired. It needs to be refurbished. The bathroom needs to be redone . The backsplash around the tub has been patched and needs replacing.

Nice stay, but I’ve had better experiences elsewhere for the number of stars it is honestly.
Pros:

Great location, modern hotel, lots of amenities clean — Overall a nice hotel.

Cons:

They don’t even give you a bottle of water in the mini fridge, literally nothing.

Small touches make a huge difference.
