The location was great right in front of the blackball ferry terminal. The room was clean and had a balcony. We loved the lap pool and yoga classes.
The coffee could have been better.
The tea quality was also mediocre at best.

The location of the hotel and the recreational facilities are good. However be advised that the pool and gym are also open to membership and not exclusive to hotel guests.
This was our second stay in two weeks, booked the same room type however received vastly different rooms, the first one had been modernised, the second one was old and I would not recommend staying here based on this situation.
So close to downtown and very friendly staff
It was a little bit pricey Should’ve included breakfast in the cost. And parking was different than what was posted online.

Reception staff seemed tired and grumpy
Heard loud argument through wall at midnight.
Pre-arrival communication was poor.
I had contacted them a week before arrival as I realised they required a credit card and we were travelling without one.
I was told there was no other option.
My family got in touch with the hotel to offer their credit card. They were given the option to do so (I was told this would not be permitted).
My family completed the form and receipt was acknowledged by the hotel.
2 days before arrival my family was contacted saying their AMEX could not be processed due to issues with the payment system during the transition to new owners.
I phoned the hotel and was given an alternative option for room deposit.
My family began receiving unsolicited marketing emails that they never agreed to receive.
We have not received the email receipt for our room charges, and it seems likely that, in the end, my family’s card was charged, not ours.

Its by downtown..easy access to all stores and restaurant
Staff are not flexible. I thought my room is facing the panormic view of the harbour its isnt. Dissapointed
