Location location location
The fact the hotel shares its recreational facilities with membership from the community means paying guests meant that on two occasions we couldn’t use the facilities as fitness classes were on place and lap swimmers. This is a ridiculous situation.

Manager was extremely rude. I tried to explain to him that I was autistic and needed some assistance, he got mad at me and kicked me out of the hotel. I tried to explain to him I was autistic and have monotone speech, but he told me he was offended by my speech tone and kicked me out and told me
To go get another hotel. So I did. We left and went and stayed at the Marriot, who was happy to assist me and understood autistic differences in communication. Terrible experience.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The cleaning staff did a great job of keeping up the room. The restaurant had delicious food, and the staff was friendly and sharp.
In Victoria to run a half marathon, and you can’t beat the location. We got an upgrade to the Olympic Suite, which was fabulous
