Old milk no syrup just dry frosted flakes and fruit loops wasn't no breakfast coffee was watered down . dirty lingerie behind bathroom door as soon as my kids tried to use restroom sitting chairs was all tore up and I did take pictures to prove it

I didn’t like the fact that the room was not ready until 5:40pm and check in was at 3pm. It was a double bed room and only one bed was made with “clean sheets”, the other bed was still dirty from previous people. The bathroom had no small towels, I had to buy some. The bathroom still had dirty towel from previous people hanging behind the door. The tub was stopped up. The toilet was not clean. Room smelled of smoke. Overall horrible experience.

Pros:

I like the location, and it is easy to get to the casino. It was close to shopping centers and restaurants.

Cons:

The place was nasty inside and out. He television was unable to pick up a signal, and there was no remote. The walls were nasty, and floors were dirty. I was very disappointed.

I’m reporting this place to the health department.
Pros:

The location was good but that is all. The only room was really not ready to rent because of repairs and the front desk was not aware. I was alerted by the maid and maintenance guy I could not have the room. The room I ended up with had no heat and blk Mold. Staff had to bring in portable heater.

Cons:

Black Mold,no heat, improperly cleaned the coffee maker had a used bag in it that was so old it was stiff. The breakfast was awful had toast cereal and waffles that’s all.

Totally unpleasant.
Pros:

The property was outdated and booked due to it being an a last minute booking. Expectations weren’t high at all . The employee was unaware of changes due to being called in or off for several days all excuses that were given for her negligent behavior. I Walked into an occupied room with a couple who thankfully didn’t respond aggressively but weren’t happy at all. I kept a positive attitude and was then given the opportunity to be robbed, and in the element of the weather due to the window
Being boarded with cardboard to support a broken glass .I returned to the office to request a refund however due to the booking being through a third party I was told a refund was impossible so I was forced to stay or loose the $100 I already had paid at 12:30 am in the cold intoxicated so I took the third room that was a 5/10
and rested at 10:46 the bang at the door was a sure enough sign CHECK OUT TIME had arrived ! Never again will I ever book here again
