Il est temps de rénover cet hôtel
Pros:

Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité

Cons:

Des murs si fins que j’ai eu l’impression de dormir avec mes voisins de chambre!
De corpulence normale et de petite taille, j’ai eu du mal à bien m’assoir sur les toilettes qui sont collés au bac de bain (mini baignoire); la salle de bain est tout simplement impraticable pour des personnes corpulentes.

L'hotel è in una zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla Gare de Lyon.La posizione, quindi, è fantastica per raggiungere il centro. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione compresa, continentale, buona e fresca e varia. Staff: gentili e disponibili.

C'era tutto quello che ci si può aspettare da un hotel di quella categoria, quindi non aggiungerei altro

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel une nuit suite à un week-end sur Paris. Super hôtel, chambre pour 3 personnes, 3 lits simple conforme à la description.
Complètement suffisant pour notre utilisation, agréablement surprise.
Petit plus pour le petit-déjeuner : beaucoup de choix (du sucré, du salé..) vraiment top.
Personnel très agréable et gentil. Petite attention envers leurs clients : petit chocolat offert pour Pâques
De plus, machine à café et fontaine d’eau à disposition gratuitement c’est très appréciable.

Personál byl velmi ochotný a milý. Kdyby byly pokoje bez plísně, tak bychom byly spokojené.

Když jsem vešla do recepce, prostředí vypadalo krásně a čistě. Personál byl taky moc milý. Jediné co, tak se mě teda ptali jestli mám pobyt zaplacený a nemohli to najít, naštěstí jsem měla u sebe vytisknutou fakturu za zaplacení.

Cons:

Jakmile jsme dostaly pokoj, po prvním dojmu čistoty a vůně na recepci jsme vešly do pokoje, kde na první pohled bylo vše v pořádku. Jelikož nám v pokoji připadalo zatuchlo a vlhko, ihned jsme začali větrat. Jakmile jsem si vybalily a lehly na postel, zjistily jsme že podél oken je všude plíseň, která pokračovala až směrem k posteli. jelikož je má sestra astmatička, ihned jsme poprosily o nový pokoj, který jsme dostaly se slibem pokoje bez plísně. V druhém pokoji sice už nebyla tolik, ale i tak tam byla. V koupelně nebylo žádné odvětrávání, takže po sprše veškerá vlhkost jde do celého pokoje.

Ještě když jsme hledaly fén, který je napsaný v popisu ubytování, že by měl být součástí, tak jsme zjistily, že ho nemáme. Po zeptání na recepci jsme zjistily, že jsme si o něj měly zažádat při příchodu, což nás překvapilo. bohužel v tu chvíli byly všechny fény zabrané, takže nám nezbývalo nic jiného než čekat na následující den, kdy jsme o něj zažádaly znova.
