Everyone was helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated help with luggage as I was recovering from a broken hip.
I wish the restaurant’s menu for dinner was a little more extensive. I would like to have eaten there more evenings.

Immaculate in all public spaces. They offered a large water container by front and the open breakfast space, rather than trapped in a room was excellent. Corning museum was a 5 minute walk to entrance
The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Great breakfast which was cooked to perfection and not dry or overly salted. The room was great. We had a wonderful view of the Chemung River and Little Joe Tower and the Corning offices.
No complaints at all.
We stayed over Memorial Day weekend the place didn’t feel over crowded but it was definitely busy. The hotel is super clean and very inviting with many areas to sit and relax. The food is good, nothing over the top but flavorful and dependable. There’s a small pool that will keep kids busy for an hour or so and a decent size and well equipped fitness center.
Jenny at the front desk was the best part of our experience! She is the sweetest and most knowledgeable person I have ever met. She told us all about the surrounding area what we can do places to take the kids to keep them busy while we had down time. I don’t think our stay would have been this enjoyable without her.

Kitchen staff and waitstaff were extremely accommodating.
Room was extremely comfortable (bed, excellent).
We just got back, spent a week visiting Corning and surrounding area using this hotel as our base. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is spotless! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping great and responsive if you need anything. Our room was awesome, spacious, clean, very comfortable bed, plenty of towels, good hot water pressure. Great location for the Glass Museum and easy walk over the pedestrian bridge to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to other attractions like Watkins Glen and other towns and of course the wineries. Also easy walk to Wegmans if you need any groceries, fridge and microwave in room so that’s nice too. Ample free parking included in your room. So all in all why stay anywhere else?! This will be our home base on any future trips to this area. Only one small suggestion, add a couple more hooks in the bathroom for towels especially the hand towel and I like to hang my shower cap up to dry. Otherwise carry on!
