The hotel was easy to get to and met all of my expectations.
Pros:

Conveniently located in downtown Corning near Market St. The property was easy to get in and out of and close to all the bars restaurants, and shops.

Cons:

No complaints.

Great location in that the hotel is close to shops, restaurants and museums.
Pros:

Very clean and staff very pleasant. Breakfast we thought was included wasn't - was a little embarassed about that as came across as a continental breakfast. So just be aware. Right on the river. Close to shops and good eats as well as museums. Kids used the pool and I used the workout room. All clean and well taken care of.

Cons:

No complaints. Everything was exactly as we expected.

Excellent accommodations
Pros:

The place was immaculately clean neat refreshing. The bathrooms were gorgeous. The living space was wonderful. Everything at the Hilton was exceptional. It’s what we expected. Thank you.

Cons:

The TV in the bedroom, it was not centered to the bed and it’s much too low on the countertop needs to be raised at least 24 inches while trying to look at the TV I had to constantly bend my neck forward and was straining, and my feet was covering the bottom of the screen due to the TV being too low. I’m very surprised no one has complained about this.. Please check the situation and have someone physically lay in bed and check out what I am talking about.

Our stay was full of joy, once we worked thru reservation inaccuracies.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, location fantastic, food and all staff were so polite. Unfortunately booking.com had inaccurate pictures of room we thought we were getting, and for some reason the hotel did not have information correct with add ons/food vouchers which was included in booking.com price. The night manager, Chris, worked with our family to ensure best possible outcomes. We appreciated that help very much.

The hotel itself if very nice, the room comfortable and it was a great location. poor amenities.

In our room there was no water glass no cups for coffee, no coffee and a broken coffee machine.
When this was reported, the staff did not seem concerned.

Exceptional service best place I've ever stayed will definitely book again highly recommended by me two children swimming they had a great time they were very accommodating and giving us a spare bed as well

good location for visiting the glass museum

Very nice hotel - Great location!
