Hilton Garden Inn Waltham exceeds expectations
Pros:

This hotel is spotless and attractive. Best of all is the staff. Brisa Latin has been our server in the restaurant multiple times and her welcoming smile and attention to customers are excellent. All of the front desk employees are friendly and helpful. Perla Sabbagh, the Sales Manager, is the epitome of professionalism and attention to detail. Such a well-run operation!

Pros:

I had the pleasure of interacting with Brisa Latin on my first day at this property. She was so warm and friendly. I first spoke with her at the coffee station. Brisa was one of the team member who help us with our dining for our event. The food was delicious and they went above and beyond to give us the best service. One of the best experiences I have had in my travels with Brisa

Pros:

rooms & facilities clean. Staff very pleasant & courteous.

Cons:

Parking was tight, with many being forced to double park or "create" their own spots, though I'm sure this was due to the residual snow plowed in the lot from the past snow storms.

Perfect staycation place
Pros:

This was such a pleasant stay. Everyone was super friendly and my kids had a blast. The rooms are comfy, the indoor pool is spacious and the breakfast buffet was well priced. Our server Brisa was super attentive and made us feel like we were VIPs.

Great stay!
Pros:

The staff has been generally friendly and helpful… also Brisa in the breakfast area was amazing and went above and beyond. She found me hot chocolate and was so sweet and personable. She really made my experience even better! 🥰🥰 Everything has been very clean and smells great too!
