The staff were very helpful and even allowed us to check out an hour later. The view of the mountains was very beautiful

This property should not advertise breakfast or simply specify that breakfast consists of cereal only. The flooring in the room needs to be replaced because it’s all messed up and stepping on it felt pretty bad.

I’ve been there over half a dozen times will I go back no!! cause they were not being honest.

Cons:

I left my book there and called right away to let them know about it, they told me to check back in, which I did several times, I should’ve never told the front desk person it was $100 book because he told me after a week calling back-and-forth that no one returned it, that’s bullshit!!
I accidentally left it on the bed so the house cleaner or the front desk person is a thief, plain and simple..

very uncomfortable, did not feel safe and staff was not willing to help
Pros:

Check in clerk was very rude. I asked for extra blanket because room heater did not work, was told he had no key to the housekeeping supplies. Very loud people coming and going all night, I suspect there was illegal activity going on.

Good location to Sonoma Raceway and good value.
Pros:

Good value for money.

Cons:

Balcony should be private, not a public walkway. The hotel owner can easily fix this by just dividing walkway where the room slider is and making it private with a wall. You can't open the curtains or the slider to enjoy the view because it opens on a public walkway. - Really dumb plan.

Convenient to highway. Quiet clean roadside motel
Pros:

Simple and very convenient to the highway in a bucolic setting: lovely views of hills and grazing cattle. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Cons:

It’s not close to anything walkable. You need to drive 5 - 10 minutes into town.

Looking for a reasonable place to stay in Marin, this is it! Bring your own breakfast!
Pros:

This is a great property, very clean and I have stayed here before. Lovely courtyard setting for each room and a large pool. Close to downtown Novato, with many restaurant options.

Cons:

Breakfast was odd; they have a breakfast room, but the only offerings were coffee, tea, and cold cereal. They really shouldn't advertise this as a breakfast. If you stay here, bring your own morning snack or plan to visit one of the places on Grant Ave in downtown Novato.

It a good overnight stay away from from, we been at this place multiple time
