Rosie at the front desk is a gem ! If I come back it’s for her . Hard to get towels for the pool the housekeepers argue w giving extra

1-The extra bedding that we had requested while booking the room was missing.
When we requested it the gentleman on the reception said he can’t do anything about it. He said his collegues are gone so he can’t give us promised bedding.
2-Phone in the room was not working - it was never fixed
3- Refrigerator was not working. He sent someone who restarted it but it never worked.
4- They promised that will get the refund for 1st night because of all these problems but never refunded back.

Good hotel
Pros:

Clean and spacious room, had fridge and microwave. I have asked for the coffee machine to have my early coffee.

Cons:

A little bit noisy when early bikers and cars started to leave the facility.

Location was good.
The door handle to the bathroom was ready to fall off, we notified the desk and it was promptly fixed.
We like the layout of the facility.
Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Front desk staff was not friendly. Asked for help with the coffee maker and was basically ignored.
Website stated rooms had in room coffee makers, there were none. I even called one week prior to our trip to confirm they had in room coffee maker and fridge. I was assured they had them. Found out only some rooms have a fridge and none have in room coffee maker.

Nope. Not worth it.
Pros:

I booked based on reviews, those failed me. The hotel photos of the pool are a decade old. The grounds look nothing like the pool pictures. The traveler photos of the hotel falling apart, those are accurate.
This should be an $89 a night hotel.
The breakfast had nothing my child would eat. The first time that has happened at a hotel ever.
The hotel is incredibly worn down. While the flooring is newer, nothing else is. The bathroom smelled of hidden water damage. The handle very literally fell off the shower while I was using it. The walls are so thin I could hear the creak of my neighbors bed when they would move.
The AC is just barely functioning. I had to reset it when it stopped working randomly.
I booked for two adults and got two towels.
They also will not allow for early check in.
I would have checked out early if I could have found alternative accommodation.
