Venkite šios vietos! Tai buvo blogiausia patirtis
Labai blogai. Kambariai nevalyti, grindys purvinos, vonioje pilna plaukų, patalynė nešvari ir skylėta, kambariuose baisi smarvė , rankšluosčiai purvini, apšvietimas veikė ne visur. Buvo šlykštu net liestis prie daiktų. Užsakėme 2 kambarius, buvome 4 žmonės. Pusryčiams buvo tik 3 riekės duonos ir pienas. Daugiau visiškai nieko. Jeigu galite nevažiuoti čia, tai nevažiuokite !
The main reason we stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham was because it was so close to an event we were attending. The front desk clerk was very nice. Our room appeared to be in the process of being renovated. We were pleased with the laminate floor in our room. Carpets can be really disgusting. Our king-sized bed was comfortable and the TV worked well. Our room seemed quite clean and fully stocked with towels.
When we arrived on Saturday afternoon, we were concerned about the "sketchy" appearance of the back parking lot, which was full of trash, pallets, shopping carts, debris, and personal items. Going into the lobby we immediately noticed that it wasn't air conditioned. We weren't offered a second room key, but we didn't need it for this stay. Our room needed it's renovation completed. The mirror had not been hung. One lamp shade was damaged and missing it fastener. The tub surround looked like it had been replaced but the old fixtures were still there. The sink also had an old fixture with missing parts. Our air conditioner made a constant rattling all night.
Very bad dirty cockroach everywhere
Staff unprofessional she said sit-up on me rude behaviour
Nothing! All staff members are rude and disrespectful
⭐️ 1 STAR — $400 FOR A ROOM I ALREADY BOOKED? ABSOLUTELY NOT. 🤡
I have stayed in some questionable hotels in my life, but this one deserves a special award for creative accounting, customer service from hell, and apparently inventing new ways to charge tourists.
I booked a NON-SMOKING room through Booking.com. My reservation said NON-SMOKING. Pretty clear.
When I arrived, the woman at reception informed me that apparently Booking.com had made a “mistake” and I had supposedly booked a smoking room. Her solution?
Pay another $400 USD for the non-smoking room.
Excuse me?! 😂
I told her that I booked a non-smoking room, and if Booking.com had somehow messed up the reservation, she could take it up with Booking.com. I certainly wasn’t handing over another $400 because the hotel and Booking.com allegedly couldn’t communicate.
Her response was basically: “It’s Booking.com’s problem. This happens ALL THE TIME.”
Well, if it happens all the time, maybe stop treating unsuspecting guests like an ATM every time it does. 🤷♂️
Then things got even better.
She started telling ME that I was being rude while she was literally yelling at me and arguing with me at the front desk. At one point another guest walked in, and instead of politely helping her, this woman told the poor woman that she had to wait because she was too busy dealing with me.
So apparently I was simultaneously the rude customer AND the reason she couldn’t provide basic customer service to someone else. 😂
Ma’am, I didn’t walk into YOUR workplace screaming at YOU. I walked into a hotel expecting the room I had already booked and paid for.
The attitude was outrageous, the $400 demand was ridiculous, and blaming Booking.com while admitting “this happens all the time” was the cherry on top of this absolute mess.
I genuinely started wondering if I had accidentally booked a room at The Grand Theft Auto Hotel. 😂
I refused to pay the extra $400 because I had already booked what I wanted.
Everyone i in countered was polite. All staff. Room was clean big and had a balcony where the door actually opened.
The breakfast. 2 types of cereal and toast. Usually it's more items then that.
We reserved for two nights and left after one--eating the cost of the second night even though I asked to cancel the second night within half an hour of checkin. The facility is rundown outside (weeds, trash, untrimmed bushes). The lobby had no AC. They refused my AmEx even though I reserved with it. The staff and manager are rude. The hallway stank. The room smelled. The bathroom had a rusted mirror and grimy showerhead. STAY AWAY!
Rien du tout ! Je suis désolé
Le monsieur à l’accueil, ce n’est pas du tout professionnel, c’est de la honte de mettre quelqu’un comme lui à l’accueil pour accueillir les clients
DON'T ASK ME SHIT IF I CAN'T SPEAK THE TRUTH
NOTHING
Only offered bread and jelly
