Que en nevadas el parking es muy incomodo porque esta lleno de nieve, resbaloso

I didn't like waking up to being bit by bugs and roaches everywhere when I turned the lights on. I contacted the front desk around 6amto let them know the issues and check out but they said i have to wait for manager who will be there at 9:30 then 11:00 while I'm sleeping in the car. They said to call later so I called them back and it seemed like my call was being screened by the clerk telling me that they will call me back and I'm still waiting. I was only asking for the day I couldn't stay to be comped and was met with indifference

Everything. If you want a good hotel, this is not one.

The front desk clerk that check me in was the rudest person I have ever seen in a hotel. And not just for me. There was a guy she screamed at because he wanted a room a little nicer than what he had. And the other guy they couldn't find his reservation and she just tore him a new one. She complained at me rather forcibly that I had not put my credit card in the system... I had booked through booking.com..
AND THEN THERE'S BREAKFAST
Breakfast would indicate that there is actually something to eat. There was a few slices of white bread a few slices of wheat bread two or three bagels, rolls of some sort and butter and cream cheese and jelly. Then they had something like fruit loops and Cheerios. That's it that's it, that's not breakfast that's a snack

The desk person, the room had black mold growing on the bathroom walls!!

The room liked urine! And the staff in the morning for complimentary breakfast was rude! The door to the bathroom was broken!

Lobby construction, shower door broken, no closet or clothes rack/hangers in my particular room (I know other rooms were not deficient in this regard…)

I was really let down by my recent stay. The bed was uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, which was frustrating since I needed to get work done. Most of the electrical outlets in the room didn’t work, and to top it off, the ceiling was missing a heat light. The HVAC system was also unreliable, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Replace or upgrade the beds for better comfort.
Improve Wi-Fi speed and reliability, especially for guests who need to work.
Ensure all electrical outlets are functional and safe.
Install or repair the missing heat light in the ceiling.
Service or replace the HVAC system to ensure consistent climate control.
Until these issues are addressed, I can’t recommend staying here.

Highway entrance not clear. Driving in from highway right lane entrance a bit treacherous.

There was nothing really wrong and the staff could not have done too much more. The outside of the building needed some work. It was dirty and not too nice to look at. The facility met my expectations comfortable room at a good price.
