The woman at the front desk was very nice and the location is close to the airport.
The room was gross. I was overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke when I walked in. The bathroom was yellowed, rusted, and stained with dirty walls and crusty corners, a busted light switch, and the "clean" towels were damp. There was part of a cookie on the floor that was not mine. The carpets were old and dirty looking, the decor was dated, the bed was a hard uncomfortable spring mattress, the quilt had cigarette holes burnt into it, and the pillows seemed very old and small. The lamp shades were stained and the insides were splattered with something brown. Was honestly so uncomfortable staying here.
The location near the airport was wonderful. A simple phone call on arrival allowed me to summon the free shuttle.
Strong musty odor of previous smokers in the room. Cigarette burns on the tub edge where previous lodgers sat in the toilet smoking. Rusty fixtures on the lamps, broken wall sockets, the fan in the bathroom was loud and sounded as if it had not been used in ages. The sliding window took a great deal of force to open and close.
I love how close it is to Quik Park which is what we always use for the airport.
Nothing
Room is large and clean enough. Location and transportation to/from airport at all hours is excellent. Staff is always welcoming.
It is very difficult to see the room numbers, especially in the dark. Rooms and lobby could use some updating. Calk around tub should be replaced. Lamps are rusted and some don’t work. Decore needs to be updated.
Very convenient, well run.
Numbers on doors difficult for see. Sidewalks needed cleaned of the snow
The shuttle bus drivers were very accommodating and friendly. I did not eat the breakfast and the neighbors were loud. Also the parking could use better lighting
Room was definitely better then expected. Yes you hear the planes but I expected that. Staff was very nice
The room smelled like it had a flea or bug treatment recently, the rug felt damp & the room was humid so the bedding felt damp as well . We have stayed before & it wasn't like that it was very late when we checked from a late flight the service was good & so was the shuttle but Im afraid won't stay there again
Clean rooms. Close to airport but no coffeemaker in room
Overall, the hotel allows their employees to become personal and personally involved the manager needs to grab a dictionary and learn how to say some words maybe if she learned how to spell them they would come out correctly
There’s a power trip at a glance she will already know how she’s going to talk to you and I think that’s so disrespectful
They wouldn’t accommodate me due to my situation. They should have accommodated me she chose not to because she had some kind of power trip with me gave me a nonrefundable. Complete nonrefundable didn’t even get to get a cancellation fee. She took all the money out and from what I was told, she usually 99% of the time gives people a break. She did charge someone to cancellation fee, but she’s never done a nonrefundable fee and I was the example
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place was disgusting and clearly not safe. The property had homeless people hanging around, the parking lot was completely empty, and there didn’t appear to be any other guests—which should have been my first clue.
We specifically booked a non-smoking room. The second I opened the door, it reeked of smoke. It was obvious the room had been smoked in heavily. To make it worse, there was a bag of used baby wipes on the bathroom floor, mold in the corners, and overall the room was filthy. I didn’t feel comfortable even setting my bag down.
We were in the room less than five minutes before I called Hotels.com to cancel. They refused to refund me, even though we did not stay, and to make matters worse, the hotel placed a huge hold on my American Express card, which caused problems with other charges later that day.
The front desk clerk was nice when we arrived, but when we turned right back around to leave, they became very upset. Hotels.com eventually gave me a $100 credit after a long and frustrating chat session, but I still plan on disputing the charge with my credit card company.
This place is nothing like what is described online. It was dirty, unsafe, and absolutely unacceptable. I even uploaded photos of how bad it was. Lesson learned: if you ever book through Hotels.com, pay extra for the trip protection insurance, because clearly they do not stand behind the hotels they advertise.
Bottom line: Do not stay here
Nothing.
First room had food on the floor. Moved to another room. Water pooled in tub while showering. Found long dark hairs in tub & shower curtain. Sink drain had no stopper or even a trap; just metal ring around the drain. Tub looked dirty but I think it’s because there was no porcelain on it. Even the light switch in the bathroom was dirty.
The next morning the bottoms of my feet were black with dirt. I assume it was due to filthy carpet.
Clean
This is an older property but a good value for the price.
I loved seeing all the planes land!!!!
Convenient to airport
Good for the price. Comfy room. Way too much high intensity lighting outside in the parking lots.
The staff was great and the room was an amazing price and very clean.
