Residence Inn Rochester Henrietta

Hotel was clean, welcoming, solid breakfast and convenient location. Jaquez and Marsha are awesome, helpful and always smiling and highly responsive to guest needs as was other staff too, but these ladies are diamonds!

For $180/night, I had higher expectations given a recent fabulous experience at the Residence Inn in Greenbush/Albany at a much lower price point. Room 121 in Henrietta/Rochester was dark and a bit beat up. Other than needing crumbs swept from the living area couch, kitchen cups washed, the living area carpet cleaned, fresher sheets, and fluffier towels, the room was clean, modern, and spacious. The nightly rate included complimentary breakfast, WiFi, and parking. It was annoying that despite the do not disturb door sign, housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:24 am when checkout is at noon. Guests next door were very noisy, but this situation is outside the hotel's control. Probably will not return to this location, but I still like the Residence Inn brand.

We stayed at the Residence Inn on Christmas Day. When we arrived, the hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel right at home. Our Suite was lovely and had all the amenities that we needed like paper towels, dishes, silverware, and an iron. The pool looked great, too. The next morning, we had the complimentary breakfast, and the food was very good with a wide selection of things to choose from. If you are traveling to the Rochester area, I would highly recommend this hotel. We were comfortable in our Suite, and the hotel staff was excellent and provided great customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester Henrietta. We were part of a junior traveling sports team and arrived later than expected on a Friday night. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast kitchen staff, etc.). The suite was immaculate. Everything was in good order, nothing was broken or shoddy. I was pleasantly surprised to have a full kitchen, including a full sized fridge, 2-burner stove top, and mini dishwasher. I enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Fantastic experience staying here. Marsha greeted us with friendliness and warmth. She’s retiring mid 2026 and is still such a gracious representative after many years of customer service. The hotel has been completely renovated top to bottom and is fantastic. Clean rooms no noise. An excellent stay.

I stayed here twice, both times for 15 days for work. The rooms were both wonderful, clean and comfortable as was the entire hotel. But what really stands out is how topnotch the staff is, from the front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping, to management. However, I have to rave about one particular employee, Brandon - Brandon's wonderful demeanor and kindness made a tough day much better, and he has no idea the impact he had. Helpful, kind, and a beautiful sense of humor! Great experience overall!

We were here to visit a university and only stayed the night. This hotel was recently refurbished and looks spectacular. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and spotless. The bed was comfortable on. The linens were perfect. The morning breakfast was a cut above the typical “free breakfast” meal.

It was an awesome experience . Good breakfast choices and very responsive. Could increase the frequency of full service of rooms from 3 days to 2 days

It was well maintained, good facilities, quiet and great staff

One of the best hotel experiences we have experienced in over a decade. The rooms were beautiful, well appointed. The staff was stellar. We had booked another hotel and it was a nightmare. All of the hotels were booked in Rochester and residence Inn really made what would’ve been a horrible weekend a true pleasure.

My experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Rochester Henrietta was amazing from start to finish. Our room was absolutely great: spacious, clean, and well suited for our needs. The accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. Was our first time in Rochester.
Polite and outstanding staff. Every team member we encountered was not only knowledgeable about the property and the area, but also genuinely friendly and kind. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay.

We loved our experience. The people at the front desk were lovely- so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Stephanie helped me figure out how to print a pdf from my email.
The breakfast area was immaculate! Always well stocked and accommodating and the woman in charge there was always very nice.
Our one observation- maybe scrub the shower floor around the edges a bit.
And if that is our biggest complaint you are clearly doing something right.
We have stayed at many Marriotts/ Residence inns and have our favorites as well as those we avoid. This one’s a winner. Thank you.
