Parked some stuff fell from roof on my car . Didnot. dammage but made a mess on my car.

The young lady at the front desk was pleasent, but the man with her was kind of mean and a bully..
The room was non smoking but smelled like smoke .
There was cigarette holes in the blankets and towels.

We were not given our 160 deposit back over a stain on a sheet from my son's nosebleed in had in n the middle of the night ! The deposit was only 150 but they didn't have change so they kept 160. UNBELIEVABLE !! Room was not up to date at all refrigerator didn't even work

That it has been over a week and they still haven't refunded my 150.00 deposit called them and it will be now another 3-7days before I will receive my deposit back but they aaid 24-48 hrs after check out. Just think that is excessive time to wait
My overall stay was very nice and pleasant. From the service, all the way to the breakfast was amazing!! The beds were clean and comfortable. I don’t have ANYTHING bad to say about my experience.

Excellent customer service from front desk. Accommodating our visit. Clean quite nice. Only suggestion is better tv with ability to use fire stick or apps.
I got to the hotel and did not have reservation. The hotel OWNER told me Expedia messed up and I was with out a place to stay with my 88 year old father, 14 year old son. I was treated horribly
