Quality Inn & Suites Easley - Greenville

The power kept going out in the first room they gave us. The 2nd room had roaches. The 3rd room had roaches, was dirty, the toilet seat and bathroom door was broken, the microwave didn’t work and the ac barely worked. It stayed hot.

Everything was wonderful

We stayed here on 26 June. It was interesting that a sign on the mirror states that housekeeping will be provided only upon request. Never thought it would have to be at check-in. I have never checked into a hotel as bad as this. And I have even stayed in hotels in third-world countries. None were this bad. Would have changed rooms but the rooms were all sold out and every other hotel nearby was full. The only thing clean was the towels and sheets. That's it.
First off. The windows and entry door were so filthy dirty. It didn't get any better from there. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Not for a while. There was urine and debris on top of the toilet bowl under the seat. Feces on the seat. Toilet paper on the bathroom floor. The mirrors were filthy and covered with who knows what. There was something splattered all over the room. On the pictures, the walls, the headboards, TV, nightstand, lamps, microwave, and dresser. I'm sure I am forgetting something. There was something yellow smeared on the one headboard. The lamp on the nightstand was covered in a sticky unknown substance. The TV remote was the same. The carpet wasn't even vacuumed. Had to put towels under the entry door to keep out the hot air and the smell of weed.
We reported to the front desk at 3pm that our room needed cleaned. The attendant stated they would have it done and would check it personally. When we returned late that night nothing was done. We had to try and clean our own room just to stay there.
We did not use the pool or eat the breakfast. Hope they were clean.

That there was no one there to help me or talk to me and other people where looking for the employees

Bathroom was nasty

Just could be updated and cleaned up on outside. Yea

It was old, dingy, & very nasty! There was food on the floor, stains on the bed, pubic hair in bathroom floor near tub and toilet, soap residue in tub along with dirt and hairs! This was not just in our room but the other family that was with us so 3 rooms in total were nasty all at once and one had bed bugs the other 2 we didn’t even check we didn’t want to touch anything! There’s no way the rooms were even attempted to be cleaned. We didn’t even stay, we forfeited our money after being told we couldn’t get a refund for 2 night we told them they could just keep it cause there’s no way we were staying there. We got in the car to leave and a roach was crawling across my windshield on the outside, even the parking lot was infested!

That was the good part!!! I talked with the manager and one of the owners and they played off each other to avoid me! Now that was the part that pissed me off the eordt
