It was in a good location

We liked how clean our room was and the readiness of breakfast

This place is horrible. It doesn’t deserve even what one star

Room was ok, outside hotel not safe with lots of loitering in front of hotel

The hotel is old and outdated. Room was ok, i guess when i booked the room, didn't realize I booked without a fridge and microwave... never knew that was a thing.. hopefullno one has meds or anything they need kept in there.. if i wanted to get a room with a fridge, its more money.. phone didnt work, therefore no wakeup call.. wont ever stay there again

An older property, but cozy enough.

I did not like anything about this property it looked nothing like the pictures it was dirty, it was crackheads some standing outside of hotel very unsafe

The room was clean bed extra comfortable only thing we thought was strange was the rooms had to microwave or refrigerators in the room

Unworthy to stay base on cost

There were ants, flies and other pest in my room. The internet service was terrible. I had to leave my room to go to the lobby to get internet. The front desk asked for $100 upon checkin and I never received it at checked out. I checked out early due to my experienced and never got my refund. I am seeking legal action because they stole my Deposit, I was treated like an animal when I made complaints and I have evidence to support my claims. I contacted hotels.com to get a refund they referred me to the hotel property manager, when I asked the front desk to speak with the property manager they gave me many stories as to why I can’t have a meeting with him. Well hopefully my lawyer will help me resolve this issue. Worst experience ever!

For a Baymont, this hotel was awful - absolutely awful. The parking lot, lobby, hallways, rooms - dirty, smelled - it was disgusting and a shocking experience to subject my kids to. No security to access the workout facility (which was a pathetic excuse for a workout facility...) No towels, water, wipes, etc. So dirty. I've stayed in a number of Baymont's and saying this one was a disappointment is a tremendous understatement! Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this property.

Like the room decor and of course the comfortable bed

I would like to see more hand soap options

Room was not ready till 5:15.
No refrigerator.
No body wash available.

Room was clean but hotel had trash in parking lot and elevator was broken and breakfast was very limited selection and no pool was ok to stay one or two nights

Good location to highway and to central Addison

This place is so sketchy! I called from outside in my car just didn’t feel safe going in. Ask to cancel my reservation. They said no and hung up. Overall jsut driving up into the parking lot is sooooo scary. Place looks like it’s falling part. I did not stay, did not check in. They still charged. But save your money guys it’s scary.

Smell really bad and look horrible

The service was ok. Several upgrades need to be done. Parking lot needs redone. Inside is old and outdated. The a/c in the room was leaking water on the floor. Tv was blurry and picture was faded
