Well worth the money
Pros:

Great location. Chick Fila next door. Other choices close by. Also a Walmart and other retail stores across from them. The property’s exterior looked great. Very well maintained . Assistance was available immediately when needed. They are pet friendly and I did see dogs but I never heard them. Very quiet.

Cons:

No hair dryer. Didn’t see any vending machines No breakfast, but the rate was so low these would not prevent me from being booking again. We can always bring snacks now that we know about the vending machines. Also, the remote for the tv didn’t work. Staff came immediately and fixed it. Once we turned the tv off it happened again. We didn’t even call staff that time.

The staff at the front desk were nice.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned- there was urine on the toilet seat and under it, mold in the coffee pot and no phone in the room to call the front desk. Beds were also VERY hard.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Pros:

Nothing, this experience was horrible.

Cons:

The room was filthy, there were cockroaches and other bugs everywhere, the room smelled. The towels were stained yellow and there was dirt spots in the pillow cases. Once we cleaned out the bugs, hair and dirt from the jacuzzi tub, and sanitized it we found that the jets were broken. The overall experience was awful and we left severely dissatisfied and feeling gross.

Short stay or long stay, I would sleep here again.
Pros:

I only needed a place to arrive, sleep and get on my way 5am the next morning. While there was secure wi-fi and fresh coffee, I left early so the no breakfast didn’t matter. The comfortable king size bed had 4 pillows, I sleep with 3 pillows and while sounds from the hall and next room were evident, it was totally quiet by 9pm. From the parking lot, through the entrance and to my 1st floor room, it was all level. The staff at the front desk on both arrival and departure were efficient and when spoken to, friendly. The immediate area has many gas stations and restaurants.

Cons:

There are no USB connections, typically in the lamp next to bed and fortunately I had brought my charger base, but still needed to move the side table over for cord tom reach wall outlet.

It was a terrific, inexpensive motel - now it has roaches.
Pros:

Just coffee was available. No problem, that's what I've expected based on past years.

Cons:

Roaches. I've stayed here for the past five Colonial Beach Bike Fests, have always been happy here. Since last year, they've developed a roach infestation. Not horrible, I think the wife and I killed 7-8 over the two nights we stayed there (it was supposed to be three), but, sorry, that's disgusting. Seriously rethinking our accomodations for next years Fest.

Nasty Roach Motel
Pros:

When we walked in, it looked clean. Once we got to the room and turned the lights. It was roach city. Turned the lights on in the bathroom more roaches running around. No way I’m paying money to stay with roaches. Had to go to the hotel across the street might of been double the money but it was roach free.

The ROACHES!!!! I would have taken pictures, but they ran too fast.
