Kein Salz und Pfeffer am Frühstückstisch. Keine Abstellfläche für Teller an der Bufetttheke. Keine Abfallbeälter auf den Tischen. Schmutziges Geschirr wurde nicht nach Bedarf abgeräumt.

Only spent a night there travelling from UK to Italy so can’t really comment on the facilities. I thought it was pretty expensive for what it was.
I traveled almost 12 hours, got there at 14.30, the room was ready but they said I’d have to pay 30 euros to get into the room before 4pm. WHY…. Absolute madness and just another way to claw money. I protested, I was extremely tired and after a few minutes they relented and let me into the room. It wasn’t the staff’s fault but company policy. A very silly policy that just makes guests annoyed from the outset.
