C’est un super Hotel bien placé avec un Accueil extraordinaire, je recommande fortement

Ce que j’ai adoré dans cet hôtel, il y a l’emplacement qui est vraiment au centre de la ville du quartier français, la propreté des chambres qui sont faites chaque jour, mais vraiment ce que j’ai le plus aimé, c’est le personnel qui est toujours présent pour nous et plus particulièrement GIGI qui m’a énormément aidé, que serait-ce pour m’orienter dans la ville me conseiller sur les visites à faire, mais aussi pour la configuration de mes applications de paiement elle m’a été d’une aide précieuse. D’ailleurs si vous êtes français, je vous conseille d’aller la voir car elle a réussi à communiquer avec moi et prendre le temps pour nous aider.C’est tellement important d’avoir quelqu’un de bienveillant lorsque nous sommes dans un pays étranger, Alors un grand merci à elle.

Hotel qui vieilli mal. Tout est un peu, cracra, un peu moisi, taché où un peu sale.
Beaucoup d'humidité, votre serviette ne sèche jamais et de plus la VMC ne fonctionnant pas ça se rajoute au phénomène.
J'ai lu que les lits étaient un peu ferme... Non, en fait un peu ferme c'est un choix. Là, plus ferme c'est la prison du moyen, âge. Les lits sont durs comme une plaque de béton. Horrible.
Il faut aussi savoir que la piscine et la salle de sport appartiennent à un club. En, conséquence la salle est géniale pour un hôtel mais la piscine n'est absolument pas une piscine d'hôtel. Pas de chaise longue où de siiege et même pas la place pour une serviette. Donc après votre plongeon dans la piscine les profs et les gamins du coin qui prennent des cours en faisant des longueurs vous font comprendre que vous les saoulez a vouloir juste faire trempette. Et donc petit bain gênant et retour dans votre chambre humide.
A part ça la relation publique gigi est très sympa, le reste du personnel qui ne parle pas anglais ne se sent pas vraiment concerné. Très moyen.

Cons:

Les lits catastrophiques, la piscine, l'humidité, zéro placard ou rangement. Le petit déjeuner pas au niveau d'hôtels similaires.
Les photos sur booking ne correspondent pas du tout.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Shanghai
Pros:

Excellent stay! The hotel has a perfect location in the heart of Shanghai, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of food. I would also highly recommend the restaurant on the 4th floor. The food was delicious, and the prices were surprisingly affordable. I had a steak, soup, and ice cream for dessert for around €12, which was excellent value for money. Everything was well organized, and I felt welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest is renovating the rooms on the lower floors as well. The hotel is excellent overall, but updating those rooms would make the experience even better.
