Days Inn by Wyndham Ozark Springfield

Worst breakfast ive ever seen and ive spent a lot of times on the road as a business traveler. It consisted of hard "boiel" (spelt that way) eggs, a 3rd of a loaf of white bread, some bananas, cereal, a bowl of cheap peanut butter crackers. No meat,hot eggs,waffles, muffins,bagels. Anything!

The side entrance’s glass door was busted and tapped up, people working on several cars in the parking lot. Trash dumped everywhere.

As I was loading up my car, (9:40 am) to leave, management turned off the key card to my room. Upon getting to the front desk I told the manager
What had happened, he looks at me and shakes his head and asked me if I know what time checkout is because that is why this card doesn’t work anymore. I tell him it’s not even 10 o’clock checkouts at 11. Then he made a big deal about reprogramming my key to finish loading my car. I’ll never be back. As a solo female traveler this is not safe

Supposed to be non smoking but someone was smoking each night
Someone was propping open the door
Called front desk and no one answered

The breakfast was not adequate and coffee was watered down. The pool could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to have towels in the pool area instead of having to go to the front desk and ask. The room was not as clean as we would have liked. The towels and washcloths were not restocked. When we asked for more blankets we were given 2 for our family of 6 so we had to go buy a blanket from the store and use blankets we had brought so everyone would have a blanket to sleep with.

Very limited breakfast. Cereal (X2), boiled eggs, bread for toast, butter and grape jelly.
Couldn’t find how to turn hot tub on.

Some guest was going around knocking on doors and running during the day

Facilities were clean but had a stale musty smell. It was a two story building with NO elevators. You will have to carry everything up stairs if you are on the second floor. The key locks on the outside of the facility DID NOT WORK so the doors were just propped open so anyone had access in or out. I do know at some time they did close the doors during g the night.

the description of the room was not accurate. The bathroom sink had a serious drip.

The bathroom door in the pool area was unable to shut
The rooms had crumbs and random debris in the sheets
The rooms neither had the security lock bar
The staff was very unattendive and could not be found
There were 2 green bananas and no milk
The hallway smelled of weed
The hot water wasn't hot
There was random bottle of shampoo and pubic hairs in the shower, the curtain had some nasty stain on it
The heat didn't work in either room
There were no tissues in the box in one room
When asked for fresh towels we were told no
The toilet seat kept moving around
Very dirty hotel and won't be staying there again!

We found cockroaches in our room two separate times my girlfriend found one right away and i found one on the second or third day,the wifi wasn’t connected to the tv and wouldn’t let us connect it, there was food in our fridge,the pool closes at 10 even for adults,our door didn’t close all the way unless pushed/pulled,key cards were very finicky,not enough towels (gave two small towels), room smelled like weed. As a tattoo artist cleanliness is a very bug thing for me and this was no were near as clean as it should be

Room difficult to open with key card. Outside door not at all. Trash outside. Breakfast was crackers and Ding Dongs. The sheets were stained. Just gross all around.

The hot tube look like it had not been clean in my suite si didn't use it but pool and hot tub downstairs kinda made up for it?
