Excellent customer service was on top of everything. The 2nd shift front desk person was great (sorry didn't get her name) took care if everyrhing for us ..the breakfast was decent except the bacon was paper thin but the sausage was good and they had a decent variety. The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub
The tv remote did not work not because it was broken was just very confusing and when traveling with kids..it is nice to unwind and watch tv in the evening..lighting wasnt great either would have been nice to have a light in the hallway, but the bathroom lught worked
The staff was amazing. The front desk at check in patient and kind with a line out the door. Breakfast team helpful and kept everything clean and stocked.
The pool and hot tub were dirty and cold.

I liked every single thing and this place. From the friendly staff to the property and all of the amenities. Breakfast was definitely the icing on the cake. The whirlpool tub in the room was everything. I look forward to coming back soon.

Location was perfect. Nice and close to Woidland Zoo without the traffic.
Front desk staff had ok customer service.
Requested to move from 2nd floor to 1st floor due to mobility issues; requested to get different room with 2 Queen beds instead of 1. I accidentally booked thru Booking.com so front desk couldn't change my accommodations. I had to contact Booking.com myself and talked to an agent from Singapore who said she'd call the front desk to assist with room / bed changes. I asked front desk if they had heard from agent and I was told there was nothing in my reservation notes on the hotel's computer. I'm a Royal member of Best Western for booking at the Lynnwood, WA location for many years. I normally made reservations by calling the hotel direct. The hotel was packed to maximum due to several sports teams staying @ hotel w/ kids going to their sports tournaments for several days-- the same dates as my reservation, which made changing room to 1st floor from 2nd floor and getting 2 Queen beds vs 1 Queen bed nearly impossible. I was put on a wait list.
