Large shower for wheelchair and great breakfast
Pros:

The bathroom and shower for wheelchair access was nice and big. Great breakfast. This room had the special ada bathroom/shower.

Emplacement sympa, place de parking gratuite

Connexion internet inexistante dans la chambre, seulement accessible dans le couloir de l'étage, problème signalé à l'accueil : pas de solution proposé avant le lendemain, apparement problème déjà signalé par d'autres clients mais rien n'a été modifié.
Frigidaire très bruyant, et bruit dans la ventilation : j'ai peu dormi cette nuit.
Petit-déjeuner de mauvaise qualité : les oeufs brouillés baignaient dans l'eau, pas de fruit, appareil à yogurt hors service.

Pros:

It was so loud, the hotel was hosting a group for a tournament. Bring earplugs as the walls are thin.

Okay but could be better with simple improvements.
Pros:

The rate of the stay through the Best Western website was great. The property was conveniently located to an overwhelmingly large option of restaurants which was a plus. The property it self was a little dated but very clean and seemed well kept for the most part.

The problems with the stay started with absolutely zero WiFi coverage in our room. We didn’t find this out until after we had unpacked and settled in, so when the solution was to offer us a different room was not really an option. Thankfully our phones had great reception, but if you are needing WiFi for work this may be an issue. There were not other attempts made to correct the situation.

The second issue was a lack of convenient plugins at the night stand. We had two cpap users. There was one plugin available on the base of the lamp, but it was so loose that anything plugged in wouldn’t stay powered on. So I moved the night stand to plug in the power strip I always bring and was surprised that the wall plug was behind the bed. I was barely able to get the base of the bed to move but was just able to get the plug into the wall.

I really think it could be a 4 or 5 point stay if they updated their WiFi and paid attention to little things like accessible plugins by the nightstands.

Cons:

my only complaint was the tv remote did not work great as it didn’t change the channel on demand and would lag while changing channels.
