Tired!
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

Noisy. We could here the helicopter all day every 20mins as it landed infront of our room. We had an oceanview room which was located above a carpark which had a truck running 24/7 as a cool room.
Not relaxing at all.
It definitely did not give a 5 star impression. The bathroom had screws sticking out in the wall and it was all very old and tired.
Not the Shangrala experience we are used to.

A great hotel in an outstanding location. Marina /Ferry terminal and restaurants nearby.

A beautiful 5 star hotel with amazing marina views where you are treated like royalty.
Pros:

We loved the beautiful marina views, the horizon club lounge with drinks and canapés was a treat

Cons:

The walk from lifts to rooms was a long way. A TV program would be helpful in the rooms.

Hotel needs maintaining, run down and not very clean. Pool is not really heated. Staff were very friendly
Pros:

Good location and great view of the marina

Cons:

Old, not very clean, pool was supposed to be heated but was too cold to swim. Had to pay extra for late check out (needed to check out at 2pm), had to pay extra to have oat milk in my coffee at breakfast (I’m allergic to soy and no other milk alternatives available so charged me full price for a coffee with my paid for breakfast)
