Great location, an easy walk to the esplanade or main streets - we barely used our car. Our island tour departed from a 2 minute walk to the marina. The room was very clean and modern. Pool area was not quite what I was expecting from the photos but still very nice. There is a bar that will come deliver the drinks to your pool chairs. Highly recommend spending the extra for the buffet breakfast, I've never seen salmon or avocado at a buffet before this one! Great food.

Cons:

Wasn't aware we had to pay for parking ($30 per day). I'd say the room price was a little more expensive than it probably should have been comparing our stays in Port Douglas/Palm Cove for longer, but overall a good experience.

A great location, lovely staff. A little dated now but still would visit again.
Pros:

Location, the rooms are modern and clean and the staff were all lovely!

Cons:

It is very dated and could do with an upgrade, the pool area and communal areas are looking tired. The shower pressure was terrible!

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 5 nights. The room was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing after a long journey. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect and extremely convenient. It was ideal for day tours, with easy access for tour pick-ups and drop-offs. The hotel is also very close to local markets and food markets, making it easy to explore the area, try local food, and shop around.

Absolutely amazing and cannot wait to return one day.
Pros:

We LOVED the hotel! Loved the horizon club lounge, the pool area, the backyard restaurant tables outside. Our room was huge and roomy and amazing! Big bed that was super comfy, lovely bathroom with separate toilet.. everything!

Cons:

No table and chairs inside our room to eat our room service dinner.

Excellent location, lovely view, idiotic reception staff.
Pros:

Beautiful view from our executive suite. Fantastic location, close to restaurants and the casino.

Cons:

The walk to our room with my 76 year old mother was way too long! I saw another older gentleman with a walking frame trudging down the same very long hallway, all the way to the end. In addition, even though we had executive lounge access, they made my elder mother wait in the lobby for 6 hours rather than allowing her access to the lounge. I had contacted them previously to ensure that this would not happen as I was arriving on a much later flight and didn’t want mum feeling uncomfortable. 😤

Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location for both night life and the Marina. Shops within walking distance and not far from the city lagoon and the night markets

Cons:

In the room there was only coffee pods for coffee, and while that sounds great for some, it is not good if you don't like the one type of coffee they provided, or were not sure how to use the machine. Also, there was insufficient milk provided

Comfortable stay and location is perfect
Pros:

The location is convenient and in walking distance to supermarkets, lagoon and restaurants. Big enough space for family with kids. Swimming Pool is great and safe for all ages.
