Pros:

If you sign up to the hotel newsletter at the reception you can get a free upgrade to rooms with marina view and the stuff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking was extra 30 dollars per day which was a surprise, the pool was freezing, the walk from the reception to the room took around 5 min and involved using 2 elevators, the hotel is very old and looks nothing like the pictures.

Pros:

The horizon club rooms were great, inclusive buffet breakfast and free afternoon canapes and drinks were a great little bonus to have with the booking. All the staff were super lovely and the location was perfect

部屋のせいで楽しみにしていたケアンズ旅行がとても残念で残念で悲しいものとなりました。二度と泊まりません。

立地は良かったです。
スタッフも丁寧でした。朝食は普通。

Cons:

バルコニー、窓が他の部屋の半分になっている穴ぐらの様な部屋にアサインされました。昼間でも薄暗く、眺望はゼロでリゾート感は無くとても悲しかったです。部屋チェンジをリクエストしましたが満室のため不可で、３日間とても悲しい気持ちで過ごしました。デラックスルームカテゴリで予約しましたが、部屋の配置図を見ると同じフロアで私達の部屋だけがそうなっている様でした。予約時の写真にはありませんでした。文句を言わなそうな日本人だからこの様な部屋にアサインされたのだと思いますが、このホテルを選んだことを後悔しています。
また、使用済タオルは持っていってくれないし、時計の電池も切れたまま、バスローブの交換はなし、バスマットの補充もされてない日があり、ハウスキーピングも雑でした。

Very enjoyable & relaxing
Pros:

Location was fantastic - close to several good restaurants and activities - great location also if you do not have a car. Walking distance to cairns esplanade & lagoon
