金額が高い割には、とにかく食事チープ、マンネリ

Wir waren innerhalb von 7 Jahren schon zum 3. Mal im Shangri-La, von daher ist es ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer groß und sauber. Das Frühstück im Café Mix auf der ersten Etage bietet eine riesige Auswahl an unterschiedlichen schmackhaften Speisen. Die Lage in The Rocks ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf dem 14. Stock mit traumhaften Blick auf Harbour Bridge und Oper.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten mittlerweile dringend ein Facelifting vertragen. Es hat alles einen altehrwürdigen Charme, aber der Teppich müsste mal erneuert werden, und die Schubladen (vor allem im Bad) schließen nicht mehr richtig. Mischbatterien im Bad würden das Wassersparen erleichtern. Handtucher (täglich) und Bettwäsche (nach 3 Tagen) werden gewechselt, obwohl man nicht darum gebeten hat.

Mostly excellent, I was just a little disappointed by the restaurant.
Pros:

The location was excellent. We were heading out on a boat, and the hotel is right next to the marina.

Cons:

I was disappointed in the Restaurant. The two dinners I had were not as good as I was expecting, but my choice may have caused the problem. You can only order takeaway or a full expensive breakfast, I wish there was another option.

We couldn’t complain we were both very happy the only suggestion was a couple of biscuits for our cups of tea . Very happy and contented thank you the lady on our floor Hini I think that was her name was very attentive approachable and friendly very kind to our needs.

The management were very kind and helpful and I acknowledge their help with my room and my stay that was impressive
Pros:

Loved the location it is excellent
But I feel that it is getting rather tired and needs some love and care and attention as it’s starting to show its age with the facilities and surrounds especially the pool area
