Pros:

The staff was nice as always, location very good 👍 food was nice but the hotel was under renovation could smell paint and the elevator took longer as one is out of order

Cons:

The standard of the hotel wasn't really good 😕 stayed about 5 x and this time did not really enjoy

Cons:

Executive lounge used not only for “ cocktails/ canapés” but many guests seem to think it is replacement for dinner! Should return to small portions instead of huge plates of rice and meat!!! Desserts mostly not very attractive- again, for cocktails?
Dr Ebermann being lifelong member normally received some personalized welcome- probably nowadays out of fashion…’
