Check in was a breeze even arriving at 1:30am. I needed to go pick up a rental car and Shah immediately offered me a ride (I was going to walk). This saved me 20 minutes!! He was so nice and I loved hearing his story. Also the lobby smelled amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Caracol, and it was truly amazing. The Ceviche, in particular, was absolutely fantastic. I also wanted to extend a special thanks to Sergio Velasco with the Experience Houston team for making me feel so welcome and for providing such a great recommendation.

muy mal servicio de la recepcionista, nos dijo que no estaba la reservacion , que no le aparecia, nos tuvo 40 min ahi cuando al fin la encontro, decia que booking no les paso la reserva y era mentira y muy grosera .tampoco respeto las camas que pedi

Hotel is Good overall. The experience was incredible thanks to Martha, who served in the restaurant each morning. She was kind, observant, and remembered my preferences each day. Because of Martha and other staff members at this hotel, I will be booking again.

Lifetime Bonvoy Elite Member - first time visit to this property - would definitely recommend (will absolutely visit again). Staff and property (cleanliness, recent reno I believe) were great. *I am so grateful for an offerring that is here called Outpost! (Dual monitors, workstation in your room). What a thoughtful solution for the business traveller - it multiplied my productivity without question. Thank you for providing offerrings like that which enhance a stay. I never saw this option before but will count on this every time I visit!
We had an urgent work situation and I was able to use the shuttle. Luis was fantastic and got me to and from multiple locations quickly and safely.

Love staying here. Stayed here every December for the past 3 years. The staff is so nice and very professional. Felicia at check-in is fantastic! Rooms nice, comfortable bedding. As a Titanium Bonvoy member, I appreciate access to the Lounge for morning coffee and a pretty good breakfast buffet.
I like it here as it's a quality hotel and it's in a great location... near my friends, restaurants, across from the Galleria Mall, etc.
