Love JW at Galleria
Pros:

Love staying here. Stayed here every December for the past 3 years. The staff is so nice and very professional. Felicia at check-in is fantastic! Rooms nice, comfortable bedding. As a Titanium Bonvoy member, I appreciate access to the Lounge for morning coffee and a pretty good breakfast buffet.

I like it here as it's a quality hotel and it's in a great location... near my friends, restaurants, across from the Galleria Mall, etc.

Excellent service
Pros:

Luis is an excellent driver. Very friendly and mindful and was easy to talk to. He was also very reliable on the agreed pick up time. It was a pleasure to be driven by him.

The rooms are beautiful! The team from the front desk to valet (shout out to Luis in Valet!) is amazing, my first trip to Houston in years and it’s a great location.

Kendall O. is a Godsend. Service outstanding.
Pros:

Celebrated an anniversary and Kendall O. upgraded us to the Presidential Suite to make our night more memorable. The room was immaculate. When we returned to our room, there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us. Her professionalism displayed character that Marriott should model. Service was impeccable. Keep her!
