Pools great the rest not so much
Pros:

The pool area was clean, the night we arrived they had a music bar bingo, so not a seat in the house for a night cap after a several hr drive

Cons:

I was suppose to have a patio, poolside room and had a second floor face a building room, one thing for breakfast hashbrown, ham, egg, cheese layered

Cons:

We asked 4 times for a crib as advertised and when they finally brought one down, it was a broken playpen.
We also booked a room with a pool view since we have a newborn baby and I wanted to be able to peek at my son and husband while they enjoyed the pool, however we were not even close to the pool.

Pros:

Property was overbooked and bumped us from our already booked and paid for 2 queen bed poolside room to a 1 king non poolside room with no discount. No rollaway beds available, no extra blankets or pillows available and we’re just told yep, we have an event going on and are overbooked, sorry. This was for my daughter’s birthday.
