The bar staff where really nice. Kids likes the pool area with the water slides. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room.
Front desk staff did not direct us to where our room was. (the place is big and we had never been there) The housekeeping staff left laundry carts out and rooms open all night. They disappeared. We ran out of towels both in the room and at the pool. Beds are super firm. They would not give my cousin the block room rate for the wedding we were there for so she paid double what we did. The police were there all night the first night with people partying and be disrespectful and loud and no one did anything about it. Rooms need updating. The lighting sucked everywhere.

The appearance of the room, no cleaning person came to our room during our stay
Speaking with the manager after dealing twice with the front desk staff. Maintenance was quick to respond to our AC problem we had in our room twice. The bar was nice to go and relax and play slots. Motel was located in a great location to surrounding things.
Poor front desk staff, wasn’t accommodating, breakfast was horrible, room wasn’t cleaned prior to us checking in, AC kept breaking down, had to get our own towels from the cart because staff didn’t come daily to clean or grab trash.
Elevators were not working randomly everyday, we were there for 3 days. Very bad smell in the area we were located. TV had to be constantly reset as it would not work. No phones in the rooms to call front desk, I had to google the hotel to find a number to call to ask questions.
