Pros:

The room was large and bathroom clean. The complimentary breakfast was substantial and food choices and taste better than at most hotels where I have stayed.

Cons:

There was quite a bit of outside noise in the hallways sometime around 2am.

Hot tub was green and smelled bad. Not just like chemicals. Pool was cold. Lots of standing water around it. Room was ok clean but holes in the blankets. Writing on the walls. Poolside room but still very loud.

Pros:

It was so badly run. The breakfast was terrible. I had the worst night's sleep with the people. Next door screaming all night long. I would never recommend that place for anybody to stay should be tore down.

Bitter, angry woman mad because she had to do her job of checking people in. Absolutely will not stay here ever!
Cons:

They stated i never had a reservation there even when i showed the worker my receipt & confirmation number of the reservation. The heavy set front desk worker acted like it was an inconvenience to be checking people in & was sighing around & talking in a rough manner. She wasn’t helpful one bit & just kept saying there were no vacancy. Didn’t try to give me a number to call lr tell me to contact the booking agency.

I enjoy the hotel and the location you’re swimming pool and the continental breakfast

Cons:

There was some construction going on, so I got a room that was under construction then the front desk person gave me another wrong room. I ordered a room with a balcony and she didn’t give me one with a balcony.

I was charged a deposit which I have no problem with but was told it would be returned to me .

Did not do breakfast, had to leave early for a medical appointment
