Close to campus
It looked third world. There were data lines running down the halls. Carpet was dirty in lobby and hallways. Smelled moldy and musty. We didn’t even stay the night. We left and went somewhere else.

The bed was very comfortable, this was the best part of the room.
The front desk staff was very very good. Friendly, helpful and I enjoyed the free bottle of water and snacks. Nice touch.
The breakfast was so so, but it was free and there was a variety so I shouldn't complain much. I did however question the freshness of the eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy.
In the room, the desk chair was very worn and the seat back seemed broken. I could not use it.
Room was not ready upon check in. Reservations were made months in advance. Room smelled as if an animal had died in the room. Room needed painting and upgrading.
Needed deep cleaning . Housekeeping should be done daily. Reception staff even complained about Hotel Service.
. Great location to College and dining, great area to walk dog or just yourself. Comfortable beds.
Hotel was good value , however bathroom had a leak from toilet and mold on lower walls of bathroom, to curtain just Venetian blinds and bright lights shining on window outside room seemed always lit
We had to wait about 20 minutes to check in, there were 2 in front of us!! The lobby should’ve told us to cancel and run, but it was too late. The lobby is in need of updating and cleaning, as are the rooms.
The hotel is very run down. When I tried to call the front desk I found the phone had no dial tone. My guess is they believe if the guest can’t call the front desk they’ll drop whatever they need. Instead I made my way down to talk to them and request some non feather pillows. The man behind the desk said he didn’t think they had any. He said he could call someone. Instead of using the phone at the desk he walked back and said no one answered. I responded that couldn’t be the answer, there are people who are allergic to feathers. He relayed that to whoever was on the phone and I was told there were 2 feather and 2 cotton pillows per room and he basically dismissed me at that point. All of the pillows were in fact feathers, so much for a good nights sleep. There’s no way this location is worthy of the Hilton name
I'll be completely honest, this hotel is a Dump. My second time staying here. This hotel should Embarrass the Hilton Brand.. This time as I slipped into bed I discovered my bed sheets were wet. The rooms are gross. The so called complimentary breakfast is not even worth it. I am not being mean but this Hampton really does suck.
the shower pressure and water temperature were nice
the bed comforter had spots, pillow were dingy and old and the smell of the room was not fresh
Unfortunately my room was dirty (bathroom had men’s beard hair in the sink and fake eyelashes stuck to the floor) and the hotel needs major upgrades. The carpets are worn, wallpaper is peeling. Do not stay here as a single woman — you’re not going to feel safe
Don’t be fooled by the pictures, this property is incredibly run down. The staff are very kind.
Clean and comfortable
The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast guys. The breakfast was by far and above average free hotel breakfast. Fitness area small but had nice equipment. The room was clean from a sanitary perspective, but the hotel itself is in a rundown condition with paint peeling off the walls in the stairwells, elevators that need to be wiped down from sticky handprints, and decor that’s been around since the late 70s early 80s. We would stay there again but would encourage them to remodel.
