When I initially booked my reservation, it said breakfast was included. When I arrived at the property and went to breakfast, I was told I needed to upgrade my reservation in order for it to include breakfast. Which costed me more money. I’m planning to write a formal complaint and make a formal refund request.
Having to pay in addition to what I had already paid. Finding roaches in places there shouldn’t be. My account was charged in addition to me giving permission. That’s unacceptable.
The buffet for breakfast was good but expansive, the offer sushi and it was dry, the pool next to breakfast was empty, very disappointment for someone traveling with kids
We are looking for a nice hotel to stay with kids, the pool pictures of this place shows a very nice pool area. When we arrive the pool was empty without real date to open, I tried to ask the manager for something that I could do with kid. He couldn't be careless dont even knowing what to recommend around or try anything to help the situation.
The parking for guesses are charging over and over every time you need to get out. Couldn't them charge the room a price that include parking?!?
Our room was missing pillows for the sofa and basic things.
They build a big building and think by that they could call it a "grand hotel". Grand building but small, careless and expensive service, that's what they are.

I travel with my 2 children and Pool was out of service,
Lo Mejor... Instalaciones, ubicacion, internet, servicios, capacidad.
Lo Malo... atencion al cliente, acabados lisos y resbalosos en sanitario, pantalla mal ubicada en habitaciones..
El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación excelente, cerca de plazas comerciales y restaurantes lo cual da variedad de opciones. Cuenta con servicio de valet parking al llegar y las habitaciones ofrece una vista a la ciudad o al campo de golf.
El gimnasio cuenta con equipo suficiente para entrenar, más equipado que otros hoteles de negocios.

I enjoyed my the view that my room had. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi were also very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy horrible en febrero, nos asignaron la habitación 2007 porque nos asustaron, ruidos en el clóset y no me dejaron dormir a mi hermana la estaban asfixiándo, fue horrible, después volvimos a ir y nos volvieron asignar la misma habitación la cual no aceptamos nos la cambiaron y todo bien, gracias x su excelente servicio!!!
