No matter what time I arrive they always have my room ready.

Cons:

One time my gf was working out and a weird guy kept standing by her every day she worked out.

In need of some upgrades.
Cons:

If you want to call yourself a 4-star hotel, at least get some proper bed sheets?!
Instead of a duvet cover, there was a linen cloth, then the naked duvet, and then another linen cloth on top.
And the mattress cover didn't even fit the mattress.

The bathroom was designed and renovated in what I estimate to be the late 80s. That's great for a Netflix mini series, but not for a comfortable stay in an overpriced hotel room.
