The facility was nice and cozy, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. Nice place to stay
The room as clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good(but it was extra$)
It was an older facility, I just expected a little more for a Crowne Plaza. The entrance was at the back and a little difficult to get around the parking lot, but a lot of Louisville is like that, with not being easily accessible from main roads. Overall very nice and reasonable cost. I’d stay there again
The hotel is in a great position next to the airport and the Exposition Centre.
All the staff are extremely friendly and they have an excellent shuttle service to and from the airport.
The best thing about the hotel is the bar and restaurant.
Rooms are extremely comfortable and always had towels and coffee topped up daily.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Hopefully we’ll be back one day.
Clean rooms, comfy beds
The air never quite worked right. Our room stayed a little too warm the whole stay.

Friendly helpful staff, close to expo center!
Trash cans were to small and no microwave in room and the small refrigerator or wine cooler I call it took three days to reach 39 degrees so i w wasn’t able to keep anything in it that would go bad just water and coke
