Hidden Costs
Pros:

I am just going to explain why this is not a top star fot me. I had reserved on booking.com and it said my payment was going to be $159 canadian plus $28.16 BUT I was charged $169 u.s. and that is about $232.06 u.s.

I am wondering if they didn't apply my genius discount or something? I would like this fixed.

On another hand the place was lovely and ghe breakfast lovely and the lady in the restaurant was so very sweet.

Cons:

Please see previous. Issues with my charges. It matters a lot to me. And I inquired at the front desk and that lady was rather rude to me.

So not happy with the charges as I that was NOT what i was expecting and the front desk lady.

Restaurant lady was very nice. I should also mention the lady who checked me in was very lovely too. Was just the morning reception.

Great location, super staff, meh room cleanliness and comfort.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room. The proximity to the concert center and the staff.

Cons:

The shower curtain hadn't been washed in a long time.
The heat/air was extremely noisy and startling when it kicked in so I had to turn it off to sleep

Fabulous location, room and staff!
Pros:

Room was very large and had all amenities needed except for a microwave! The location of the room was perfect for me traveling with a dog only one small set of stairs super close. Two mirrors with good lighting the extra in kitchenette came in handy along with the extra sink. Staff was wonderful except for one shuttle driver that chose to serve an airport guest over my family staying in a suite for 5 days!

Cons:

Shuttle driver not dropping my family right across the street on the way to the airport also right there, An extra couple minutes meant my 83 year old Mother had to walk after waiting 30 minutes for no ride. Cannot remember the last time I stayed in a room without a microwave.
