We came up Louisville for my children to compete in the state fair. I was impressed by the room and the complementary breakfast.
There were tons of golf carts parked in the main parking lot. I had to park around back and walk to the front.
Restaurant on location
They had to come fix the air. Set on 68° was 78° in the room. But it only took them 45 minutes.
It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do, very comfortable, clean, and accommodating.
Newly renovated, clean and modern.
Pool area extremely warm. Definitely unusable for adults. That was the reason I chose the place. Need some type of cooling and ventilation.

There was a large wet area on the carpet by the ac unit in our room. The room smelled musty.

The hotel is conveniently located by the airport and the interstate. The hotel is like 3 minutes from the airport. Directly across the street. I couldn't hear any planes takeoff or land.
Had 2 entrances to the room. One lead to the outside that offered a short cut to the lounge and main lobby. As well as the pool and gym.
The hallways are long!!
My room was accommodating for two people and the beds were comfortable.

My room on the second floor had 2 entrances. The second door lead outside to what would have been a balcony, instead it was a rooftop with HVAC units. But it did have stairs that offered a short cut to the lobby.
The whole stay from the room, to the restaurant, to the bar, and big compliments to the staff!!
Everything was good
Everything was good except that the landscaping lights lit our room up like it was the 4th of July😳 There were only wooden blinds and no curtains to block out the light, the blinds were useless. I wouldn’t stay in that room or ground floor again if this is the case for all ground floor rooms. We also had a broke trim piece that took a picture of and reported immediately

I love the location of the property right next to Kentucky Kingdom, airport and numerous restaurants. That’s always a plus.
The front desk clerk was a bit rude. She didn’t greet me whatsoever. No Hello ma’am, How can I help you or anything. No thank you enjoy your stay at the end of our transaction.
She flat out said, “I need your ID and card on file”. Her nationality is Indian or an Arabica. I handed her my card in her hand and she shoved mine back to me on the counter desk as if she didn’t she I had my hand out to receive my card the same way I handed it to her to me that’s rude and bad customer service.
My room number was 617 King suite. I paid $400 for my stay plus a $100 hold when you don’t know when the hold will be released back to you. My room 617 was dirty. The carpet could have been vacuum better. It was all kind of hair on the floors all over the room including the bathroom. The wall in the bathroom had a lot of blood stains on the wall by the toilet. I forgot to get a picture. It could have been something else either way it was nasty and should be cleaned off. Make-up on the pillowcase. I do not wear makeup at all.
Either way, I doubt I will ever stay here again.
Hopefully the next person experiences will be better.
Beware of dirty dishes as well, if you eat anything check your glassware.
