AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Cons:

Garbage's everywhere were overflowing. Front Entry was out of order. Smelled like Marijuana everywhere. My 8 year old daughter stepped in a pile of puke at the pool. Kids were running & yelling in the halls after midnight. Slamming doors. Our a/c made a loud clunky noise every time it kicked on. AVOID THIS PLACE! Walls are paper thin. We got no sleep. Place is a DUMP!

It’s okay, not great
Pros:

This was a beautiful hotel at one time I’m sure but it’s lacking maintenance. On our floor both ice machines didn’t work all week, had to take a trek every night to another floor. The hallways always smell like pot. The bed has to be the most uncomfortable on the planet, after a relaxing vacation we are both exhausted. Moving to a Hilton tonight for our last night of vacation to hopefully get some rest before driving home tomorrow. Toilet paper holder is broken. The maid refilled our coffee pods with all decaf. Who drinks that stuff ! On our first night we had to request our king bed be remade, someone made it with queen bedding turned sideways. Shower and tub were great tho.
IHG needs more staff. Also Debbie at the front counter needs to drop the military attitude and smile and be pleasant.

Great Stay!!!
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Louisville Airport Crowne Plaza. In town for a wedding and it couldn’t have worked out any better. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Nice pool area too. We’ll be back! Thanks!

Fine, buts guests are made to feeel comfy or at home. They are treated like commodities.
Pros:

Clean, comfy, modern

Cons:

No if I in room on hotel, city, or attractions. No typical amenities like coffee or toiletries available without paying. Not even a glass to brush your teeth. Instead everything was for sale: water bottle was $5 for half a liter. That’s crazy price gouging. And it wasn’t even a luxury water brand.

So comfortable!
Pros:

Elegant, clean, excellent food, great facilities and so close the convention center where we had an event and just walked there easily and safely.

Cons:

We were on the first floor and the parking lot lights could be seen through closed blinds so it wasn't fully dark.

Great place!
Pros:

Everything was clean , halls were not loud. We were right across from the elevator but it didn’t bother us at all.

Cons:

We used the pool, it’s a great facility. The only down side was there being so many unattended children , so once it got to be too much my son and I left.
