Für eine Nacht okay
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Hafen kam unserem Bedürfnis sehr entgegen.

Cons:

Die Konstruktion der Duschkabine. Nach dem Duschen steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser, weil die Kabine nicht richtig schließt.
Der Fahrstuhl ist dermaßen langsam, dass man beim Warten locker eine Tasse Kaffee trinken könnte.
Das Treppenhaus hingegen erinnert an ein Industriegebäude, in dem nicht immer klar ist, wo man sich gerade befindet.
Das 1,60 m breite Bett hat den Schlafkomfort zu zweit nicht gefördert.

Cons:

Nur ein Fahrstuhl war betriebsbereit, insofern ewig lange Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl. Reparaturbemühungen waren an den 4 Tagen nicht ersichtlich. Frühstück für 15 Euro? Ist es nicht wert

Der Check in,war gut. Das Zimmer auch. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt alles gut. Der Fahrstuhl könnte schneller sein,da sowieso nur 1 in Ordnung war. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend; wir sind mit einem Schiff angekommen und später mit dem Zug weitergereist.
Zudem gibt es gute Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen, das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich und absolut "auf Zack"; sehr gut!

Cons:

Der Empfang morgens war nicht besonders kooperativ. Frühes Einchecken gegen Gebühr ist möglich? Ja, dann nein, dann doch. Hat unseren Eindruck getrübt, später keine Rolle mehr gespielt.
