Wir würden hier wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist direkt neben dem HBF . Zu den Fähren sind es kurze Wege. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr modern aber OK. Das Bad ist gut. Aussicht war auf die Kieler Bucht auch gut. Frühstück fand ich Klasse. Kaffee war sehr lecker und das Rührei der Hit. Personal sehr nett. Besonders die Reception. Hat gute Tipps gegeben.

Cons:

Das Publikum rund um dem Bahnhof und Abends in der nähe vom Hoteleingang. Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können vom Preis her.

Gute Lage. Sehr fragwürdige Sauberkeit
Pros:

Das hat liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Wir haben vor einer Kreuzfahrt dort übernachtet. Direkt vor dem Hotel kann man die Koffer für das Schiff abgeben. Nach der Kreuzfahrt hält der Shuttlebus direkt davor.
Ich habe im Vorfeld nach einem ruhigen Zimmer mit Blick zum Hafen gefragt und genau das bekommen.
Man kann vom Parkhaus Contipark direkt ins Hotel

Cons:

Das Badezimmer wurde das letzte mal vor Monaten gereinigt. Ich war noch niemals in einem so dreckigen Raum. Die Fotos zeigen das. Meine Beschwerde wurde abgetan. Im Nachgang wurden mir 20 Euro Nachlass angeboten. Es hängen Schilder überall das Reinigung auf Anfrage erfolgt. Jeder kann sich selbst ein Bild machen und entscheiden, ob er dort für gut 100 Euro die Nacht absteigen möchte.

Für Kurzaufenthalt gut, aber teuer.
Pros:

Nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof, Fähre entfernt.
Blick auf Hafen.
Gepäckaufbewahrung bis zum Checkin.
Ausstattung des Zimmers in Ordnung.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Duschkabine renovierungsbedürftig.
Fenster schmutzig, wodurch der eigentlich tolle Ausblick "getrübt" war.

Seelenlose Automatenmaschinerie mit Potenzial für Ärger

Schönes Haus, phänomenale Lage.

Cons:

Willkommenskultur auf bescheidenem Niveau, deutsches Hotel kommuniziert mit Deutsch sprechendem Gast ausschliesslich auf Englisch; automatisch generierte Mails in flapsigem Jargon: "Hi Vorname". Statt Hotelbar Automaten. Apparate für Check-in funktionieren trotz wiederholten Versuchen nicht, Meldung "Systemfehler". Geradezu schikanös der Zugang zum WLAN: Bei der Anmeldung wird man auf ein wenig vertrauenserweckendes Portal geleitet, soll dann quasi ein Clubmitglied werden und (ohne ersichtlichen Grund) allerlei persönliche Daten eingeben, sonst geht nichts. Auch das Check-out orchestrieren dann wieder die automatischen Nerds, die nur Englisch beherrschen. Für alle, die eine Hotellerie mit Stil schätzen, ist das Intercity-Hotel trotz der ausgezeichneten Lage ein trostloses Pflaster.
