Mit Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionsmitarbeitet wäre der Unterkunft sehr geholfen.dem Hotel sehr geholfen
Pros:

Sauber gemütlich, die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Personal war unfreundlich bei der Abreise, Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt. Als ich rief, um jemanden zur Information zu bekommen, wurde ich regelrecht angepampt. Ich könne ruhig mal 5 Minuten warten. Sehr unerfreulich und nicht gastorientiert.
Ich muss aber auch sagen, dass es sich um eine Mitarbeiterin handelte und ich nicht für alle sprechen kann.

Pros:

Die Lage war für meine Zwecke gut geeignet, kurzer Weg vom Bhf. u. zum Fährterminal.
Es waren Zeitungen ausgelegt.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt fast versteckt, im Umfeld ist alle mögliche Werbung, aber kein gut sichtbarer Hinweis auf das INTERCITY.
Auf dem Zimmer war nicht mal eine kleine Fl. Wasser, zum Glück kann man sie in unmittelbarer Nähe auf dem Bhf. besorgen. Das Foyer ist unbelebt, kein Barbetrieb am Abend, nicht mal für ein paar Stunden.
Bei den Handtüchern war eines am Saum so ausgefranst, wie es mir noch nie angeboten wurde.

Top Lage für Kreuzfahrtreisen. Aida-Shuttle und Kofferannahme direkt vorm Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Rührei, gekochtem Ei, Bohnen, Würstchen, glasierten Karotten, Wurst, Käse, Schinken, Salami, Aufstriche, Eiersalat, vegane Aufstriche, Heringshappen, Frischkäse, Camembert, Marmeladen, Honig, Nuss-Nougat-Creme, verschiedene Cerealien/Müsli, verschiedene Brötchen, Laugengebäck, Croissants, Kuchen, Säfte, Kaffeespezialitäten, Tees, verschiedene Joghurts und Grütze.

Cons:

Das Kopfkissen war sehr dünn, aber auf Nachfrage gab es ein Zweites😊
Schade dass keine Bar vorhanden war. Jedoch gab es einen Getränkeautomaten in der Lobby. Im Bahnhof gibts auch einen Rewe-Markt. Trotzdem ist die Atmosphäre eine andere, wenn eine Bar im Hotel ist.
