It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly!
When we arrived, the computer system was down. We had to wait in line for 45 minutes to check in.
Location breakfast and cleanliness
Room location. Was not informed of extremely loud DJ event right outside our window until 10 pm. Was not very relaxing evening in our room

Right off the interstate with a resturant attached. Breakfast was good.
Room seemed smaller than other Hamptons. It was set up weird with the bathroom facing the beds.
The laundry on the floor plans online was not there. Instead you were expected to walk across to another attached hotel and use that laundry room. Room did not seem to get cool enough.
Loved the property and location. Good breakfast. Great staff. Only problem was the bathroom door was a barn style that kept coming off the track- it was so heavy I was afraid it was going to fall on my kids- so when it fell all the way off the track we just left it off and didn’t have a door on the bathroom.
The breakfast was pretty good and restocked all the time. The ladies in the breakfast area were very good.
The room had peeled pressed board on the credenza. It had the shortest toilet which was hard to use. The toilet had black permanent scratch marks on the bottom. The king room and the bathroom were just a little bigger than a cruise ship room. It was below Hampton standards.
Excellent location. Great breakfast. Hotel was new and it looked llike it. Well maintained.
All the linens were very clean. Everything from pillows and sheets to towels were fresh.
We did not like the bathroom door. It opened up to the bathroom with a sliding door that was really noisy. During the night whenever someone needed to use the toilet, it woke up the rest of the family which was very annoying.

The halls smelled musty and old. A back door was unlocked which felt unsafe.
outstanding breakfast. The woman who was uncharge of the breakfast room was excellent. The room and facilities were so clean and she kept all the food stocked and the containers clean.
Very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. Location was great. The kids loved the pool!
The elevator function was a little sketchy… it often skipped a floor on the first pass; we would have to ride all the way up to go down, or vis-versa. Otherwise, everything was great!
