We will definitely be back. It was a great stay!
Pros:

It was a great location. Very easy check in and check out. 2 restaurants on the property and 2 pools. Easy access to the beach. It was great!

good location, heated pool for a stay in February!
Pros:

Our room was on the first floor next to the pool but also next to the elevator!
Comfy room but also could hear various other guests
Good location, especially because we had to fly out the next morning from VPS

Cons:

We wanted some dinner food and was surprised by the small bar/restaurant but the bar gal was a delight!

Not Great
Pros:

Have stayed here once before. Good location, room was nice and clean. Check in was slow. Only 1 person in front of me and they took 15 minutes to check in. No heat. Maintenance brought a space heater. The AC also does not work properly. The room stays humid and muggy. The room phone didn't work and the internet is slow and spotty. At least the room was clean!

Pros:

Loved the pool, hot tub and beach closeness. The little restaurant Mantees was the best burger and fries. Great drinks also.

Cons:

Found a bed bugs in one of the beds on the last night. Told the front desk about it and they acted like it wasn't really a big deal.

Pros:

Gulf view from the room. Heated pool.

Cons:

Faucet in the tub/shower needs replaced, water constantly drips. Will not completely shut off. Been this way for a while by the stain in the tub.
Lamp by the bed does not work.

Beds were super comfy
Waterfront view was amazing.
Manatee tiki bar on site was fun and convenient. Cody was our bartender and he was on top of everything.
Quick and efficient check in and check out
