Beach rental
Pros:

Hotel room door needs slammed to shut. Elevators are sketchy and they let a rental
Company take up the whole front row of the beach to set chairs and umbrellas up that would cost us just over $540 for the week for a family of 4. $540 for a week of chair rentals. And now we get to look through a wall of them rental chairs and umbrellas to watch the kids play in the water. Ridiculous that they or the county or whoever it is allows them to do that. Loved everything about Ft Walton but we won’t be back simply because of the beach access.

Will likely be back!
Pros:

Really enjoyed the amenities! Two different pools, hot tub, arcade, breakfast/coffee spot in the lobby, and a poolside bar with AMAZING cheese curds. Stunning views and beach access everything was very convenient!

Very enjoyable -will stay again
Pros:

Wonderful views, comfortable, and quiet rooms. We slept so good and enjoyed the ocean view day after day after day.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to have a better fitness room with views and better TV positioning and working equipment. some of the equipment was not working completely and the scales were not working at all.

Heated pool. Cleanness

Cons:

Lady at front desk was rude at check in and try to over charge. Key to room stopped working 2 times and same lady was rude when we went to get the key fixed. TV didn’t work half of the time. They lost our deposit and didn’t return it. Waited on manager to call when she came in and she never did. I called her and she said our deposit would be put back on our card, hasn’t happened yet. Didn’t get any kind of receipt. Only one elevator work and it sounded like it was about to break. Last time staying there.
