Very disappointing to spend extra for a beach view, then have all these issues.

We had a balcony with a view of the beach

Cons:

A short time after check-in, we noticed the floors in the room became wet due to moisture condensation, which created a serious slipping hazard. The problem recurred, even after drying floors w/a towel. Staff told us upon checkout that the A/C temperature needed to be kept lower to keep moisture from accumulating on the floors; however, the room temperature was way too cold at 66 degrees upon check-in, & had to be adjusted (poor solution for such a worrisome problem). To add insult to injury, no hot water was available for anyone in the building to shower the next morning.

The only good thing about this place was that it was beachfront.

Cons:

1st room we were in didn't have any hot water. The ceiling was leaking and caused flooding in the room. Also, the refrigerator didn't work properly and ruined all of my insulin. The elevator would randomly stop working, and multiple people got stuck in the elevator. The hotel double charged my card and took over the week to get my money back. Honestly, this was the worst place I have ever stayed at.

Would stay again for the location.
Pros:

The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to very good restaurants. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings.

Cons:

They do not stock regular coffee in the room unless you call and ask every, single, day even thought they would leave a ton of decaf. Asking for body wash refills was a pain, too, so we just went out and bought some.

Pros:

Not as nice as expected, multiple problems. No towels at pool, dirty room with dog hair from previous guests, had to pay for parking, laundry, and breakfast.

Only 1 elevator worked, the room door had to slam to shut, the bathroom door wouldnt shut all the way.
