Die Aussicht war schön, die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und das Bett wirklich groß.

Cons:

Das Klo hat total laut gehallt und war nur mit einer milchigen Tür ausgestattet. Der Fernseher kann kein Streaming und hat sehr wenige Sender.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wunderschöne grosse und ruhige Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen, wenn wir mal wieder in Frankfurt sind!

Great comfort!
Pros:

The staff was very courteous and most helpful. My universal charger was not working so they gave me another charger. My room was getting hot so they came to adjust the temperature. I was given more water bottles than I asked for always.
The heating bars to put the towels on were really useful!

Cons:

The room temperature control needs improvement, it does not go much below 22deg and the room becomes very hot after using the shower. I needed to open the window a few time to let the cool air in. Elevator doors are very slow to open.
