Not as advertised
Pros:

The accommodations were unsatisfactory. The AC is shut off when there are not people in the room, making the room insufferable upon arrival and I am unsure how long it would take an air unit to cool the room/bathroom sufficiently to make them bearable. I personally observed dead bugs in the corner of the room, the bed frame was rusted metal, furniture was worn, and the walls were gouged.. Everything beyond the lobby appeared quite rundown and dated, to the point that we questioned the security of the actual rooms themselves.

Staff were helpful and kind. The building appears to be in a secure area of town. It was strictly the interior that was cause for alarm.

It was horrible, and made an impression of all econolodges!!! Will NEVER return!!!
Pros:

The cleaning lady had a cute dog… 🥴

Cons:

Roaches galore, broken side door (anyone can walk in) missing door latches, AC left a puddle across the room that damaged our belongings. Toilet rocks to where you think it’s going to break. Discrimination. Management tries to get you to cancel your booking.com res, which is a tenants protection! Management lied to booking.com about the cancellation. 220 wall socket plugs out of the wall, exposed-not safe for children as it can seriously electrocute someone, possibly could kill a child!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Perfect for one night stay
Pros:

The price and experience was great for a one night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything longer than one night. My kids and I enjoyed a clean room with a clean bathroom which is all we really needed.
The disappointing part was with the amenities.
The waffles didn't have a waffle texture at all. It was weird and put me in mind of melted plastic. Seriously.
None of my kids finished their waffles, and they LOVE waffles. The infused water at the front desk had spoiled cucumbers 🥒 in it. You could smell the spoiled smell after you poured it. I informed the front desk attendant Friday evening, and that same water was still there Saturday morning.
My daughter had to wash her hands in the water fountain because the 1st floor restroom was inoperable.

I know this sounds like a bunch of bad things, but we were in town for a funeral and just needed somewhere clean to lay our heads for one night. For THAT reason, I recommend it and would stay again if it's only for one night.
Just plan to eat breakfast somewhere else.

BUDGET FRIENDLY HIDDEN GEM GREAT STAFF
Pros:

This little 💎 GEM of a “#Quite, #Clean, #Budget #Friendly, #Easy access from the Hwy. ECONO LODGE here in Ardmore Oklahoma was a great place to get a goodnights rest before continuing my trip. Front desk Agent was very friendly and supportive when I was arriving later than planned.
It was nice to have a breakfast station with fresh coffee, fruit and who doesn’t love make your own Belgian Waffles. When I travel I35 I will definitely stay here as my 1st choice. Have a lovely summer travelers. ✨🤩

#BONUS Rooms are SMOKE FREE, No odd smells. #Comfy beds, frig, and nice cool ac.

I don't like taking showers. Therefore I take, Bath's! Motels need to consider the person who takes Bath's! Instead of Showers!

Other than that we love this property that’s why we come almost every weekend.

Pros:

The place was clean. The price was good. It was quiet and felt safe.

Cons:

The TV signal was poor, tried watching and it would just cut in and out every few seconds. There was no wifi available, at least none that was made known to me. There was not any extra blankets and I was cold with the thin blanket. I had to turn on the heat. There was no shower curtain and water went all over the floor. I didn't eat breakfast because I have to eat gluten free so I usually bring my own.
