WE DIDNT STAY THERE ON THESE DAYS AND THE HOTEL NEVER RECEIVED A RESERVATION FROM BOOKING.COM. YET I AM SEEING A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. YOUR TEXTS INDICATED TO CONTACT THE SITE...I DID..THEY RECEIVED NOTHING FROM YOU, PLEASE REMOVE MY CHARGE SEEING I WAS NEVER THERE THAT DAY AND THEIR NOT RECEIVING ANY RESERVATION FROM YOU.

Very disappointed

Cons:

The stay was one of the worst stay that I have had. My kids all got bite the first two days being there before I finally found a bed bug in the bed with me. I took it to front desk at 6:00 am where I was told I could move rooms but was able to because the had to fine one never got that room because it was taking to long had to leave for work so told I could take care of it later. When I returned it was a different person working and want in her phone and said that her boss said that all that they can do for me is change the sheets this was Tuesday I had no where else to go so I had to stay but never laid in the bed again I slept in a chair the last 3days of my stay
