Only good thing is distance to UVA hospital
Pros:

Rooms are very small. Buffet area very small. There was a soccer team when we stayed. No place to sit to eat. Staff should have asked coach to have their players that were finished and just sitting to leave so other guests could sit. Had to go to room to eat on bed. Room had a chair but no table. Remote is so cheap. Can’t pause, stop a show on Netflix whe going to reaction. Microwave is small and in the buffet table and rocks when you try to open it. All my soup spilled.

Pros: staff was very friendly and the options and quality of buffet was good.

Had to leave before the actual breakfast, but they did have to go bag.
We liked that this is our second stay at a Hampton Inn and the brand consistency is the same so far, so we will try another Hampton Inn when traveling.

Cons:

It was all good for our short stay. We needed a 1 day hotel stay for a same day we medical procedure 200 mile from home. Had stayed at a Hampton Inn before and really thought it was very nice and clean hotel. So we hoped this one would be as well and it was.

COMFY PERFECT BEDS
Pros:

Jay want to say the bed AND pillows were absolute perfection form but puffy/comfy. My back and hips did NOT ache when I woke!!! I literally asked for the name of the bed and pillows! I WILL be buying this mattress/pillows!! Breakfast was ok (included) also had breads/cereals too…scrambled eggs w/ Canadian bacon (could have been a little bit more browned IMO…coffee was pretty good and OJ was good….fresh fruit basket. Our particular room had a sewer smell but when sliding door was closed you could not smell it…We were too tired to ask for another…I front desk when we went down for breakfast and even shell we were packing up to check out they were knocking on our room to address…all in all it was VERY nice…oh yea TV was huge and everything seemed to be updated in decor…me and may daughter were there for my mamas UVA operation…hotel was inky mins from the hospital!!!

Poorly Maintained and No EV Charger

Cons:

Back door was broken. One elevator was broken and the other sounded like it was going to break soon. The AC in the room was broke. NO Electric Vehicle Charger!
